The Druid Grove - Terms of use
By accessing “The Druid Grove” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “The Druid Grove”, “http://www.druidry.org/board/dhp”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use “The Druid Grove”. We may change these at any time and we’ll do our utmost in informing you, though it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage of “The Druid Grove” after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.
Our forums are powered by phpBB (hereinafter “they”, “them”, “their”, “phpBB software”, “www.phpbb.com”, “phpBB Group”, “phpBB Teams”) which is a bulletin board solution released under the “General Public License” (hereinafter “GPL”) and can be downloaded from www.phpbb.com. The phpBB software only facilitates internet based discussions, the phpBB Group are not responsible for what we allow and/or disallow as permissible content and/or conduct. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “The Druid Grove” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “The Druid Grove” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “The Druid Grove” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
By registering to use “The Druid Grove”, you agree:
1. Not to post or send by Private Message any material that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, intended to provoke an inappropriate reaction, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, spamming, racist, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually provocative, threatening, invasive of a persons privacy, or in violation of any applicable laws, be it of your country, the country where “The Druid Grove” is hosted, or International Law. Any such posts will be deleted or edited immediately. Failure to comply with these rules may result in your immediate suspension or permanent ban and your service provider being informed. The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
2. That you will appropriately credit the source of any third-party material (quotes, publications, other media, etc.) included in your posts.
3. Not to disclose any material posted on the message board to a third party without the consent of the author.
4. That any posts presented as original work (i.e., not credited to another source) will be your own content.
5. Not to post advertisements for any service or product in any forum except the Druids Marketplace, where OBOD members and members of the Druids Marketplace usergroup may advertise their own products in accordance with the rules of that forum. Any other advertisements in any other forum will be deleted immediately with no further explanation.
6. That you will not post the same message in more than one forum without the express permission of a moderator or administrator. If you are uncertain where a post should go, please consult with a moderator.
7. That the moderators and administrators of “The Druid Grove” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit.
8. To any information you have entered being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “The Druid Grove” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
9. That all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators, or webmaster (except for posts by these people), or the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids (OBOD) and hence they may not be held liable.
10. That you recognize that the terms of this User Agreement may change at any time. Any such changes will be posted in the Board Announcements forum. By continuing to use the board after a change has been posted, you agree to comply with the modified agreement.
