One of my Spiritual teachers belonge to WW, and she insisted that it was important to phrase weight loss goals as such..."I wish to reduce my weight by.......lbs". This, I believe is the verbage that will work best when sending our goal into the Universe.

and i am "watching" what i eat and i have stopped eating meals late evenings. so far i have lost a couple of pounds but to me the most important thing is that i feel absolutely great
