Hi All just a quick hello and update on my Back Issue's.
1st off i would like to thank everyone for all the energy sent to me. I am off for a Spinal Fusion tomorrow at the Great Western in Swindon.

Thank you for all your blessings and thoughts. I am Home now and i have just had my stitches removed.
