Prior to administering anything, homeopathic or conventional to anyone's diet, pets especially, we feel that personal health history must be considered, and a medical professional should be consulted. There are many instances where even the most "harmless" additive has had contraindications and caused more harm than good. Healing the Gulf

Postby HinduDruid » 17 Jun 2010, 18:02

Greetings all. I originally posted this in the BP topic, but realize that wasn't the best place for this. So I am posting it here. Love to all!

Most of us are watching helplessly as the oil spill in the Gulf damages our ecosystem, but there is something we can do in our own homes to help. Rather than giving into the anger, let’s use our energy to bring about positive change.

Dr. Masaru Emoto is a Japanese scientist who has conducted the most amazing experiments with water including healing pollution with prayer. A participant in the movie “What the Bleep Do We Know?,” he has actual scientific evidence that sending loving thoughts to water changes its structure (http://www.masaru-emoto.net). He proposes that we recite this prayer:

"I send the energy of love and gratitude to the water and all the living creatures in the Gulf of Mexico and its surroundings. To the whales, dolphins, pelicans, fish, shellfish, planktons, corals, algae and all living creatures.....I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you."

Let me offer this suggestion. Recite this prayer in the shower, when you’re washing clothes or dishes, or even if you’re in the rain! Water will connect to itself and spread the healing energy faster this way.

Mother Earth is not fragile herself, but our existence is. If we continue to damage her, she’ll take us out!

Many blessings,
/|\ Renu ॐ

“We are the music makers, and we are the dreamers of the dream. Wandering by lone sea breakers, and sitting by desolate streams. World losers and world forsakers, for whom the pale moon gleams. Yet we are movers and the shakers of the world forever it seems.” -- Arthur William Edgar O'Shaughnessy

Everyday I send healing to all the people and living creatures and plants in the gulf, and for us all to have the wisdom to stop the destruction of the earth. The idea of sending healing through water is a new and interesting idea for me.

With blessings to you and all

Emoto is not a scientist. His experimental designs have not been published with enough detail, and do not have significant controls for human error. The experiments were performed triple-blind by a third party with no special results. The water remained 'ugly'.

All that being said....I do believe that our thoughts and words can heal, and I will use the absolutely beautiful prayer you provided. But it is actions that caused the spill and it is actions that will fix it.

I certainly hope the oil's effects won't persist as long as people predict...
