My hands react

since I found you on the internet, I have had a surprising reaction in my hands palms vibrates and goes numb while they get really hot,,, I am familiar with various forms of healing. I have gone reiki 1-2 and have been doing several different methods, but mostly at myself or sending energy to the helpers (gnoms fairies dragons angels mmm) but I've never experienced anything like this . .
I also get a thought in my head that I should use the laying on of hands at an acquaintance in the hospital, just need to get hold of his wife who I do not know what her name

First of all i would get that checked out at the doctors- could be symptom.

But hopefully it's not, fingers crossed that it's another doorway opening for you, if it is then i hope this next step of your journey goes really well

thanks for your concern but I'm pretty sure that there is no injury or illness ... However, I feel it is a process that has started in that I have started bardic course when I'm employs with activity that gardening work or cycling with my dog ​​so it wears off ... Yesterday I was out walking in the woods with friends, lost it came back now when I read the forums .. . I am not afraid that it would be something wrong with me but most want to have someone to talk to any one who has experienced something similar .. . I refuse to believe I would be the first to have been through this but it's far from certain that someone here knows. . or read this

Hi - sorry, i wan not trying to suggest that there was something wrong with you, my hands do a similar thing, largely when practising healing, mediatating or 'interacting' with my environment. Don't really vibrate though, unless i am really focusing on something. My reason for the doctors comment was that these things can be symptoms of illnesses like 'carpel tunnel' (spelling?) and with you saying it seems to happen sporadically, it just raised the thought in my head.

Have you managed to try 'laying hands' on your friend yet? Have you tried to focus this / initiate it?

I experience these when working with any form of magic / earth energies and particularly when working with fire and healing. I get similar but subtler responses when practising reiki.

Out of interest, what part of the course are you up to?

I have got hold of my friend and has given healing by laying on hands .. and my reaction has settled down. and he is feeling much better although I do not take me the honor by any means but it's nice that he is feeling better .. However, I feel like I will soon need to find someone else that I can do the same thing on. . . even when things calmed down, starts to come back ..
it feels as if someone wants me to help others more likely, I will help my self while I have some problems to relate to others and even more problems to be close and to touch others ...
I have just received my first course even though jah has been up but healing and other spiritual for years

The reaction is very common in those that do healing work and or energy work. I wouldn't be surprised if you look at your palms and they seem blotchy and spotted with red and white blotches that are hard to see and you have to turn them to the light. Reasons for this is sending energy and intent to your hands, letting it flow out as well as grounding and centering will help if it stays consistent for long periods. If you are a healer the explained reaction can also happen if you feel someone near who needs healing, the more sensitive you are with your empathy the easier a reaction can be triggered. Essentially like I said though this is from energy building up in your hands.

please be careful of how you use the energy of other spiritual creatures, some will ask for payment in return for their assistance, and what you are asking them to help on is important (ex. dragons are extremely powerful creatures, do not ask them for assistance on mundane things.)

You say using the hands for healing helped calm the feeling but that you feel it will rise and demand of you again. I wonder if it would be an idea for you to go out into nature somewhere and offer yourself to the trees and the land as there are usually needs there that others may walk by and not notice. Then you can be learning to channel the healing in a way which doesn't need someone to accept healing from you but trains you in the skill of actively choosing when and where to let it flow. If you ended up needing someone to receive from you, the balance would be tilted to your need rather than theirs, and the more practice you can get the better for when someone approaches you asking for help. Let nature provide your teachers and just go out there to learn and practice your healing where it most definitely is needed.
