Apartment Suite Space Cleansing Ritual


It was when I started Painting the Washroom of a Vacant
Suite that I realized that it need a Good Space Cleansing
Ritual done to it.

I was right in the middle of Painting a Washroom when
I found myself constantly being bombarded with nothing but
Negative Bad Emotions.

I then decided my Bad Negative Emotions was being Caused
by the Past Negative Energies left behind by the Two
Previous Tenants.

The Suite was originally occupied for about 4 Years by a
Single Female. For most of those Years, things were just
fine.

Then One Night, I come home after spending the Evening
at the Legion. I was organizing the Tenant Safety Social,
and when I came home, I ran into her. I had not given
her invitation to her yeT, so I went to get it. I
knocked on her door, but she refused to open the Door.

I guess I was rather Drunk at the time, so she probably
found my Deportment at the time a bit Offensive. So I
just simply slipped the Invitation under the Door. The
Invitation was for the Tenant Safety Social at which the
Building would be Certified Crime Free with the New
Westminster Police Department Crime Free Multihousing
Program.

Suddenly, she gave her Notice with a note saying that I
was Offensive, and Negligent with my Duties. She stated
in the Note that she was going to Move Out at all
Possible Speed.

She was Moody with me for the rest of the Month, and was
a bit Rude when doing her Move Out Statement. She
even left without saying Goodbye to TwoWhiteSocks.


So the Suite sat Empty for about 5 Months.


Then a 18 Year Old Couple Moved In. They had just
finished High School, and had just started their Life's
Trades Training.

Everything was Quiet for about 3 Weeks.

Then the Screaming Started.

The Female of the Couple was a Screamer who constantly
threw Screaming Tantrums All The Time! She would start
Screaming at her Boyfriend at about 3:00pm and would
constantly Scream Her Head Off until about 8 or
9:00pmish.

The Police had to be called to Calm Her Down several
times.

Finally, one Sunday Afternoon, while she was committing
her Domestic Abuses on her Boyfriend, the Patio Glass
Door Broke and Male Tenant Cut His Arm! He Bleed all
over the Place!

The Police were in attendance, so all I went to my
Computer and typed out in the Information for their
Eviction. I went into the Suite, and with the Police
Officers Watching, I Served them their Notices to be
Moved Out by the End of the following Month.

They failed to Pay the Next Months Rent in Full, so I
Evicted them Two Weeks Earlier for that.

When they turned in their Keys, I gave them a Receipt
saying that their Deposit was Forfeit because of Unpaid
Rent.

After they left, I started Inspecting the Suite.

They had used their Balcony Patio as a Garbage Dump and
there was Old Food Garbage thrown there. It has sat
there in the Sun for at least a Month. The Stench while
I was Shovelling it was soooooo bad that I had a Couple
of Dry Heaves. If I had of had Breakfast that Morning, I
would have certainly have Puked.

Both their Bedroom and Bathroom Doors were Split apart.
But that was nothing some Elmers White Glue and a few
days in Clamps wouldnt Cure. After a Sanding and a Coat
of Paint, they were as good as New.

A couple of Gift Pieces of Furnture was Left Behind. It
was the Furniture that I gave them that I had on hand
when they Move In. When someone Moves In without any
Furniture, I give them some if I have some on hand in order
to try to create Good Karma with them. They had Abandonned
all the Furniture that I had Given Them.

So it was when I got to the Painting Part of the Restoration of the
Apartment that I realized that the Apartment had been Infected
by Negative Emotional Energies left behind by the Two Previous
Tenants. So I decided that I would have to do a Space Clearing
Ritual at the same time as I was Working on the Suite Restorations.
I Realized this just when I was just getting Started Painting the
Washroom.

I then dropped my Paint Brush, and went down to my
Underground Watching Post. I have an Altar in my Watching
Post.

I took from that Altar, the Incense Holder, some Jasmine
Incense Sticks, my Alexander Keith's India Pale Ale Bar
Cloth, and my Four Candle Square Candle Holder. I took
them back up to the Bewitched Suite, and put them on a
Counter. I put the Alexander Keith's Cloth down, I then
put on top of it the Candle Holder orientated with its Four
Points Pointing to East, South, West, and North. I put the
Incense Holder to the East of the Candle Holder.

I then needed some Holy Water for the Westernly Side of
the Altar of the Ritual, so I went back to my Suite and
went to my Primary Altar. I Cleaned, Blessed and Consecrated
the Water Glasses on my Primary Altar, and then got some
Water from the Tap. I Blessed and Consecrated the Tap Water,
Blessed and Consecrated the Sea Salt from my Altar. Then I
Mixed the Water and Salt into a Red Tinted Glass I have on
the Altar. I then took the newly made Holy Water back to
the Bewitched Suite and put the Water down on the Westerly
Side of the Candle Holder.

I then observed that I did not have adequate supplies of
Candles, so I went to the Corner Store. They sell some
Altar Supplies. I found they had some Green Altar Candles
that emitted a Lemon-Line Odor. I liked their Green Colour,
so I picked up a Package of them. I also picked up a Tube
of Jasmine Incense.

So I went back to the Bewitched Suite, and Invoked the
Quarters.

I put everything in Place, and Struck a Match. I before
Lighting the Easterly Candle, I Recited: "Greetings and
Welcome to you Great Watchtower of East, Guardian of
Sacred Element of Air. I require you Aid in this Invocation
of Peace, Harmony, and Balance in this Space Cleansing
Ritual. Please bring your Power to me,
So Mote It Be!"

I then Lite the Easterly Lemon-Lime Candle.

I before Lighting the Southerly Candle, I Recited:
"Greetings and Welcome to you Great Watchtower of South,
Guardian of Sacred Element of Fire. I require you Aid in
this Invocation of Peace, Harmony, and Balance in this
Space Cleansing Ritual. Please bring your Power to me,
So Mote It Be!"

I then Lite the Southerly Lemon-Lime Candle.

I before Lighting the Westerly Candle, I Recited:
"Greetings and Welcome to you Great Watchtower of West,
Guardian of Sacred Element of Water. I require you Aid
in this Invocation of Peace, Harmony, and Balance in this
Space Cleansing Ritual. Please bring your Power to me,
So Mote It Be!"

I then Lite the Westerly Lemon-Lime Candle.

I before Lighting the Northerly Candle, I Recited:
"Greetings and Welcome to you Great Watchtower of North,
Guardian of Sacred Element of Earth. I require you Aid in
this Invocation of Peace, Harmony, and Balance in this
Space Cleansing Ritual. Please bring your Power to me,
So Mote It Be!"

I then Lite the Northerly Lemon-Lime Candle.

In the Center of the Square Candle Holder, I keep a
Central White Candle. I Lite that Candle while Reciting:
"This Circle of Cleansing and Restoration is Invoked,
So Mote It Be!"


I then Lite the Jasmine Incense on the Incense Burner
just to the East of the Candle Holder. I took the
Incense and waved Smoke towards the Easterly Corner while
Wishing Peace to the East. I then waved the Incense Smoke
towards the South, while Wishing Peace to the South. I
waved the Incense Smoke towards the West and then the North
Quarters, all the while Wishing for Peace to those Quarters.

I then took up the Glass of Holy Water from the Westerly
Side of the Altar, and Sprinkled the Water East of the
Altar, then South of the Altar, the West of the Altar and
finally the North of the Altar, all the while Saying to
each Quarter: "May this Holy Water Cleanse this Circle of
all Bad Emotions,
So Mote It Be!"

Satisfied that my Space Cleansing Ritual Altar was Good, I
went back to my Work Painting.

When I went back to Painting the Washroom, I noticed that
the Bathroom Ventilation Fan Cover Plate Nut was Square.
Usually, they are Round. I figured that having Square Nut
instead of a Round Nut may be Contaminating the Circle, so
I Replaced it.

I did not have any Round Nuts of that Type, but had some
nice Butterly Nuts that Looked Good as well as Worked Good.
I went and got one out. I took it to the Altar. I waved the
Butterfly Nut 3 Triskele Circles Clockwise around the Altar's
Central Candle in order to Purify and Cleanse it of all
Harmfull Energies.

Then I Finished the Washroom Painting and went on to
Removing the Electrical Outlet Covers from the Walls so
that I can Paint around them.

So in order to Purify and Cleanse the Entire Suite, I
started Removing the Outlet Covers from the Kitchen First,
and then Removed Outlet Covers in a Counter Clockwise
Direction. In Wicca Paganism, doing things in a Counter
Clockwise Direction Dispells Negative Energies. All
the while, reciting to myself things like: "I hereby Purify
and Cleanse this Space of the Negative Energies and send
them back to the Goddess for her to Reshape and Reuse for
Better Purposes".

At this point in Time, it was about 1:20pm, so I decided
to take a Break. I did not have my Ceremonial Athame handy,
so I reached into my Magical Box of Useful Items and took
out my Drywall Keyhole Saw. I used it to extinquish the
Central White Candle (mainly because there was a Danger of
leaving it Burning), while Reciting something like: "Excuse
me O-Holy Goddess while I go off to take a Break. I will
return shortly". I then went down to my Watching Post, and
had my Break. When I returned to Work, I Relit the Central
White Candle, while Reciting something like: "I am Back
from my Break O-Holy Goddess. Please Refill me with your
Power to continue my Work".

Then came Painting the Cutting Process of Painting an
Apartment. First I Started the Ceiling Cutting. Once again,
I started at the Kitchen and Painted the Ceiling Cutting in
a Counter Clockwise Direction, all the while once again
Reciting to myself things like: "I hereby Purifly and
Cleanse this Space of all Negative Energies for the Goddess
to Reshape and Reuse".

Once the Ceilling Cutting was Done, I then packed up my
Tools and Cleaned my Brushes. Once everything was Packed
away and Cleaned, I took up my KeyHole Saw and used it
again to Extinquish the Central White Candle while Reciting
something like: "Good Evening to you O-Holy Goddess. Please
allow me to Rest and Recuperate this Evening so that I may
return tomorrow and continue my Work of Purifying and
Cleansing this Space".


So once again I went back to my Parkade Watching Post. I
decided to Shuffle the Marseilles Tarot Deck that I keep
on my Watching Post Altar. I shuffled the Cards Three Times
and Flipped a Single Future Advisory Card on how Manage the
Suite in the Future.

I got the Nine of Pentacles.

The Marseilles Deck Book's Meaning is:
"The Nine of Pentacles signifies a secure financial plateau.
Much has been achieved, and you are now able to enjoy
yourself. There is a strong feeling of sustenance, material
comfort, and solid sensual pleasure about this Card. Money
comes easily, and is no longer a worry.

Self-sufficiency is also indicated. You are able to enjoy
your success, relish your achievements, and feel complete
without the approval of others. There is much pleasure to
be gained from improving your home, buying new clothes,
and treating yourself well. Somehow, selfishness or
self-indulgence do not spoil this picture, for you deserve
these rewards.

Sometimes this Card points to an earthly love of nature,
growing things, and cultivating plants. It can point to
career or hobby in these areas which brings happiness and
a sense of serenity."

I can understand why this Card has come up as in the
Recent Past, I have Achieved Much in that I have Recently
had a lot of Success in getting a lot of this Apartment
Building's Vacancys Rented out.

But I drew this Card for Advice, and the Advisory Aspect
from my Tarot 101 Course Book says that I should stop for
a while, and enjoy the gains I have made in improving
the Vacancy Rate of this Apartment Building, and to also
enjoy the Simple Things in Life.

I guess this could mean that I should take a Day Off from
Managing this Apartment Building after I had completed these
Repairs, go to my Secondary Sacred Grove in UBC and have
a Nice Enjoyable Day there.

This is End of Day 1 of my Space Cleansing Ritual.

Day #2:

After a Good Nights Sleep, I prepared for Work, and at
about 10:00am, I invoked the Quarters at the my Ritual's
Altar.

I put Before the Altar, my Marseilles Tarot Deck Meanings
Book, with the Nine of Pentacles in its Pages being used as
a Bookmark for the Page covering the Meaning of the Nine
of Pentacles.

I put everything in Place, and Struck a Match. I Mumbled to
myself as I Lit the Easterly Candle, I : "Greetings and
Welcome to you Great Watchtower of East, Guardian of Sacred
Element of Air. I require you Aid in this Invocation of
Peace, Harmony, and Balance in this Space Cleansing Ritual.
Please bring your Power to me,
So Mote It Be!"

I then Lite the Easterly Lemon-Lime Candle.

I before Lighting the Southerly Candle, I Mumbled to myself:
"Greetings and Welcome to you Great Watchtower of South,
Guardian of Sacred Element of Fire. I require you Aid in
this Invocation of Peace, Harmony, and Balance in this Space
Cleansing Ritual. Please bring your Power to me,
So Mote It Be!"

I then Lite the Southerly Lemon-Lime Candle.

I before Lighting the Westerly Candle, I Mumbled to myself:
"Greetings and Welcome to you Great Watchtower of West,
Guardian of Sacred Element of Water. I require you Aid in
this Invocation of Peace, Harmony, and Balance in this
Space Cleansing Ritual. Please bring your Power to me,
So Mote It Be!"

I then Lite the Westerly Lemon-Lime Candle.

I before Lighting the Northerly Candle, I Mumbled to myself:
"Greetings and Welcome to you Great Watchtower of North,
Guardian of Sacred Element of Earth. I require you Aid in
this Invocation of Peace, Harmony, and Balance in this Space
Cleansing Ritual. Please bring your Power to me,
So Mote It Be!"

I then Lite the Northerly Lemon-Lime Candle.

In the Center of the Square Candle Holder, I keep a Central
White Candle. I Lite that Candle while Something Like:
"This Circle of Cleansing and Restoration is Invoked! May
the Advise of the Nine of Pentacles be made to be So,
So Mote It Be!"


I then Lite the Jasmine Incense on the Incense Burner just
to the East of the Candle Holder. I took the Incense and
waved Smoke towards the Easterly Corner while Wishing
Peace to the East. I then waved the Incense Smoke towards
the South, while Wishing Peace to the South. I waved the
Incense Smoke towards the West and then the North Quarters,
all the while Wishing for Peace to those Quarters.

I then took up the Glass of Holy Water from the Westerly
Side of the Altar, and Sprinkled the Water East of the
Altar, then South of the Altar, the West of the Altar and
finally the North of the Altar, all the while Saying to
each Quarter: "May this Holy Water Cleanse this Circle of
all Bad Emotions, So Mote It Be!"

Satisfied that my Space Cleansing Ritual Altar was Good,
I went back to my Work Painting.

I then Proceeded to Paint the Walls Lower Cutting. I did
that Painting in a Clockwise Directing in order to be
able to Bless and Consecrate the Area. While doing the
Painting, I would Mumble to myself things like: "May the
Goddess Bless and Consecrate this Suite and instill into
it Good Emotional Energies for the Next Occupants".

While doing so, I Ran into some Jewellry and Earrings.
Yesterday, I ran into some Coinage. Whenever I ran into
Coinage, I do my Acceptance Ritual. I take the Coinage,
wave it round the Central White Candle CounterClockwise
Three Times while Concentrating on Purifying and
Cleansing the Coinage. I then wave it round the Central
White Candle ClockWise Three Time while Blessing and
Concecrating it. I then place is down before the Altar.
This Coinage is now worthy of being Donated to the
Missionaries of Charity.

I will be placing such Monies into my Old 9 Litre Whisky
Bottle into which I collect Coinage to be Donated to
Mother Teresa's Missionaries of Charity.

This day, while I was Painting also found a Silver Necklace,
a Silver Jewel Encrusted Cross, and Two Mismatching
Earings (one is Black Pearl, and the other has the Yin
Yang printed on it). I Purified and Cleansed that Jewelry
by simply Waving it around the Central White Candle in a
CounterClockwise Direction while Concentrating on
Disbanding it Negative Emotional Energies.

After Finishing the Lower Painting Cutting, the Quarterly
Candles had Burnt Out, and it was about 2:30pm.

The Altar's Quarterly Candles had burnt out, so I decided
to Rest. I put out the Central White Candle with my
KeyHole Saw Athame.

I then went off to the Legion, and had a Few Pints to the
Victims of New Orleans.

End of Day 2 of Space Cleansing Ritual.

On the Third Day of my doing my Purifying and Cleansing,
I had some help from my Assistant Manager.

As I was Unlocking the Door to the Suite which I
Purifying and Cleansing, my Feline Familiar (who was in
the Hall at the time) came up. I sometimes like doing my
Work with TwoWhiteSocks around, so I openned the Door
wide so that she could walk in.

TwoWhiteSocks sort of stopped at the Threshold of the
Apartment Door, Sniffed a bit, and just sat there and Did
Not Move. She sort of looked up at me with a "Your Crazy
if you think I am going to set a Single Paw in that
Screwed Up Suite".

I guess this Suite is still in need of a lot of Purifying
and Cleansing! It still has all sorts of Negative
Emotional Energies in it, and my Feline Familiar detected
them right away.

So I set into the Purifying and Cleansing Altar Four New
Lemon/Lime Tealight Candles and Invoked the Quarters.

I Murmured to myself as I Lit the Easterly Candle
something like, I: "Greetings and Welcome to you Great
Watchtower of East, Guardian of Sacred Element of Air. I
require you Aid in this Invocation of Peace, Harmony, and
Balance in this Space Cleansing Ritual. Please bring your
Power to me,
So Mote It Be!"

As I was Lighting the Southerly Candle, I Murmured to
myself something like: "Greetings and Welcome to you
Great Watchtower of South, Guardian of Sacred Element
of Fire. I require you Aid in this Invocation of Peace,
Harmony, and Balance in this Space Cleansing Ritual.
Please bring your Power to me,
So Mote It Be!"

As I was Lighting the Westerly Candle, I Murmured to
myself something like: "Greetings and Welcome to you
Great Watchtower of West, Guardian of Sacred Element
of Water. I require you Aid in this Invocation of Peace,
Harmony, and Balance in this Space Cleansing Ritual.
Please bring your Power to me,
So Mote It Be!"

As I was Lighting the Northerly Candle, I Murmured to
myself something like: "Greetings and Welcome to you
Great Watchtower of North, Guardian of Sacred Element
of Earth. I require you Aid in this Invocation of Peace,
Harmony, and Balance in this Space Cleansing Ritual.
Please bring your Power to me,
So Mote It Be!"

I then lit the Central White Candle. I Lite that Candle
while murmurring something like: "This Circle of
Cleansing and Restoration is Invoked! I call upon your
Help to Purify and Cleanse this Space in the name of
Peace, Balance and Harmony, with No Harm to Any.
So Mote It Be!"

I found that Glass on the Altar still had some Holy
Water still in it. All of it had not Evaporated Away.
I took that and Sprinkled the Quarters while Wishing
for Peace, Balance and Harmony. Then I lit the Jasmine
Incense and Passed Incense Smoke at each Quarter, once
again Wishing for Peace, Balance and Harmony for the
Suite.

A few minutes after I finished Opening the Quarters,
the Assistant Manager showed up. We both Poured Trays
of Paint and started Annointing it to the Walls. He
Painted the Bedroom, while I worked on the Livingroom.

By the Time we had finished, the Lemon/Lime Tealight
Candles had Burnt Down, thus the Quarters was
Automatically Closed. My Assistant then went off
to Vacuum and Clean the Building Hallways, while I
continued to Work on the Suite.

I remounted the Electrical Wallplates back onto the
Walls in a Clock Wise Direction around the Suite, the
whole time resiting to myself the Invocation of
something like: "May this Suite be Blessed and
Consecrated with Peace, Harmony and Balance. May all
Future Occupiers of this Suite Happy and Safe in this
Suite."

Then I did about an Hour of Cleaning up and Stowing
Away my Painting Equipment.

On the Fourth Day of my Space Cleansing Ritual, I did
something totally different.

I used Two Lemon/Lime Tealight Candles, and Two Red
Tealight Candles.

I put the Two Red Tealight Candles into the East and
West positions of my Space Cleansing Altar, and Two
Lemon/Lime Tealight Candles in the North and South
positions.

I then started the Opening of the Quarters.

I lit the Easterly Candles while wishing for Peace and
Harmony for the Suite, then the Southery Candle, the
Westerly Candle, and finally the Northerly Candle.

I then lit the Jasmine Incense. When I opened the Quarters,
I noticed that the Holy Water had Dried Up, so I had to
make some more.

First, in the Glass was some remanents of the Salt from
the old Holy Water, so I just quickly Purified &
Cleansed it, then Blessed and Consecrated it. I then ran
some Water from the Tap. I quickly Blessed and Consecrate
the running Water, then passed the Chalice under the
Water, instantly creating some Holy Water.

I did not bother waving Incense Smoke around or any Holy
Water, I just got onto with the Suite Restorations.

I then spent about an Hour Cleaning and Vacuuming the
Suite. After that was done, I got out my Hoover Carpet
Shampooer and totally Shampooed the Carpets of the Suite.

By the time I was done, the Tealight Candles were Burnt
Out, so I cleared out some of my Cleaning Equipment and
then quit for the rest of the day.

The Space Cleansing Ritual Closing of the Quarters:


Day 5 of the Ritual was the Closing of the Quarters.

In my Apartment Building lives a Very Attractive Wicca
Paganistic Female. I ran into her in the Lobby and I
invited her to Help with my Space Cleansing Ritual.

She Accepted.

I gave her some Matches and asked her to Light them for
me.

Without any coaching, she struck the Match and she Lite
the Lemon/Lime Tealight Candles in the Correst Sequence,
first the East, to South, to West and finally the North.

We then made Blessing to the Next Tenant, Wishing for
that person to Enjoy the Suite and Enjoy Peace in the
Suite.

Then I took the Blessed and Consecrated Ear Rings which
I found in the Carpet during my Vacuuming the Suite and
offerred them to her in order to Create Good Karma with
her as she was acting as High Priestess to the Ritual,
and should be duely Rewarded. One of the Earring being
Yin Yang, and the other being Black Pearl.

She Gleefully Accepted, and then Departed.

I went down to my Watching Post and Relaxed for a while
as per the Advisory aspect of the Nine of Pentacles,
then returned to the suite.

I took up the Drywalling Keyhole Saw and started Closing
the Ritual.

First I extinguished the Northerly Candle while reciting
to myself something like: "Farewell to you Watchtower of
the North, Protector of the Sacred Element of Earth.
Thankyou for having come to Help Cleansing and Blessing
this Suite so that the next Occupant may enjoy it in
Peace and Harmony. Farewell to you, Bless You and
Goodbye"

Then I extinguished the Westerly Candle while reciting
to myself something like: "Farewell to you Watchtower of
the West, Protector of the Sacred Element of Water.
Thankyou for having come to Help Cleansing and Blessing
this Suite so that the next Occupant may enjoy it in
Peace and Harmony. Farewell to you, Bless You and
Goodbye"

Then I extinguish the Southerly Candle while reciting to
myself something like: "Farewell to you Watchtower of the
South, Protector of the Sacred Element of Fire. Thankyou
for having come to Help Cleansing and Blessing this Suite
so that the next Occupant may enjoy it in Peace and
Harmony. Farewell to you, Bless You and Goodbye"

Finally, I extinguish the Easterly Candle while reciting
to myself something like: "Farewell to you Watchtower of
the East, Protector of the Sacred Element of Air.
Thankyou for having come to Help Cleansing and Blessing
this Suite so that the next Occupant may enjoy it in Peace
and Harmony. Farewell to you, Bless You and Goodbye"

The Quarters of my Space Cleansing Ritual is now Closed,
and I now Start Disassembling the Altar. I decided to
first take away the Marseilles Deck Book on which lied
the Marseilles Deck Nine of Pentacles Card and the Dimes
and Pennies I had found on the Carpet.

All Coinage I find in Suites, behind Fridges, Stoves, in
back of Closets and such, always get put into my
Missionaries of Charity Donation Bottle. I counted the
Dimes and Pennies that I found in the Cleansed and
Purified Suite and it totalled out to be 92 cents. That
went into my Donation Bottle. I then took the Marseilles
Deck Book and Card back to my Watching Post and put them
back together with the rest of the Deck.

I then enjoyed a Nice Relaxing Afternoon.

GUIDED ANCESTORS MEDITATION

Samhuinn…the time when the veil thins and we journey forth to re-acquaint ourselves with our ancestors.

It is a time, for looking to the past, experiencing the present and searching for the future.

Please make yourself comfortable…focus on your breathing… (pause).Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth, again…twice more (pause) now I would like you to focus on your heartbeat feel your heart beating. When you have left the trials of the day behind, (pause).

I would like you to feel your spine reaching down, down into our Mother, reaching deeply to anchor you in the here and now (pause)…feel the pulse of the Mother, notice that it marks time with your heart beat (pause)… you are now one with the Mother.

You will travel deeper into the place where you choose to find the peace and tranquility of time beyond time…(pause).

When you reach your sacred space you will open your psychic eyes and take a look around. You find yourself in a small grove; you sit quietly for a time..(pause).

Then you feel the urge to rise and explore the area. You notice a path leading from your sacred space and decide to follow it. You hear the sound of the fallen leaves crackling beneath your feet…(pause). You notice a few blackberries left on the vine at the side of the path. You may decide to gather a few and taste them; mmm they are very sweet…(pause).

You begin walking again, noticing that the path is beginning to decline…(pause). As you walk a little further you come to a small glade, the first thing you become aware of, is that large stones circle the glade. You also notice that there is a small group of people on the far side of the glade, they turn, look up and beckon you to join them. As you get closer you recognize several of the individuals. The group opens up and there is a table with a feast spread out upon it. They invite you to sit to table and join them….(pause)

This is the time you have been waiting for, a time to speak with your ancestors…(pause).


(After a time..ring small bell to announce it is time to begin returning from your meditation)

It is time to return, you give your thanks for the insights you have gained from your visit with your ancestors and start your journey out of the glade..(pause) back up the path..(pause) returning to your sacred grove…(pause) back to our sacred circle, and finally back into the here and now.

Konnichi Wa to All:

I have decided to enter the Ritual that I am planning on Invoking on Samhain Night on October 31st which is a Memorial Ritual to a group of Familiars which were Burnt to Death last April.

The thing is, in the Fall of 2003, I rented an Apartment to a 18 year old Female Wicca Pagan who had two Female Feline Familiars.

When I rented to her, I totally cautioned her that if she were to bring in a Male Feline Familiar, that the Male Feline will have to be Neutered and not Spray the Apartment with his Urine.

About a year later, she started complaining that she did not get enough privacy in her Ground Floor Suite, and that she wanted a Upper Floor Suite. So I let her have a 5th Floor Suite, once again warning her that all Male Feline Familiars have to be Neutered.

So what does she go and do: She takes in a Friends Male Kitten, and does not get it Neutered.

After the Kitten reached 8 months, the STENCH in the hallways became Terrible, and Summer was Coming. So I had to inform her to either give away the Male Feline Familiar or she would have to Move Out.

She decided to Move Out.

She ended up getting a Basement Suite in a Wood Frame House about Two Blocks away. She moved in with her Two Female Feline Familiars, her fully functional Male Feline Familiar, and a recently acquired Ferret Familiar and Iguana Lizard Familiar. She then almost immediately went off Camping for 3 Days.

When she got back, she discovered that one of her Familiars had gotten into something Electrical or something, and sparked off a Fire. The Whole House had been Gutted from the Fire, Killing most of her Familiars except the Male Feline Familiar who managed to find a spot to hide from the Flames long enough to be Rescued by the Firemen.

When she got a message from me to come back in order to sign some papers, she informed me of the Tragedy, and that only the Male Feline Familiar was Saved, although he was Badly Burned and has a lot of Smoke Damage in his Lungs.

When she informed me of this, I just about collapsed from Grief.

After she left, I went out and found the House. It was boarded up with the telltale marks around the windows of having been on Fire. That was then that I decided to do a Familiar Memorial Ritual on Samhain Night for the Two Female Feline Familiars, the Ferret Familiar, and the Iguana Lizard Familiar.

So here is the Ritual that I am planning on doing:

Familiar Memorial Ritual:

On Samhain Afternoon, I will get dressed in my Wicca Paganistic/Druidistic Robes, take my Eucalyptus Blessing Staff, and my Tarot Cards and go off the my Favorite Local Pubs. I will spent Lunchhour in Moonrakers Pub, and then at the #2 Branch of the Royal Canadian Legion doing a round of Free Tarot Readings for all who ask.

At around 3:00pm, I will return back to my Apartment Building and set up my Lobby Altar and set up the Outdoor Portable Fireplace Outside. I will open the Quarters on the Lobby Altar and the Outdoor Fireplace. Then I will set up my Candies and Sparklers (due to new Firework Regulations, Sparklers is all I am allowed this year) and start handing them out to all the Kiddies that come by.

At about 8:00pm or so, I will close down my Lobby Altar extinguish the Fire in the Portable Fireplace, and then prepare to do my Familiar Memorial Ritual.

By about 9:00pm, I will take my Small Portable Altar around the Block, and set it up outside the Burnt House, with it orientated towards the East.

I will then commence my Ritual:

I will commence Opening of the Quarters Ritual by taking my Holy Water and sprinkling it on the Eastern side of the Portable Altar resiting something like: "Greetings to the Watchtower of the East, Guardian of the Sacred Element of Air, I welcome you this day for this Memorial working in Peace".

I will then Open the Southerly Quarter by sprinkling it with Holy Water while resiting something like: "Greetings to the Watchtower of the South, Guardian of the Sacred Element of Fire, I welcome you this day for this Memorial working in Peace".

I will then Open the Westerly Quarter by sprinkling it with Holy Water while resiting something like: "Greetings to the Watchtower of the West, Guardian of the Sacred Element of Water, I welcome you this day for this Memorial working in Peace".

I finally will then Open the Northerly Quarter by sprinkling it with Holy Water while resiting something like: "Greetings to the Watchtower of the North, Guardian of the Sacred Element of Earth, I welcome you this day for this Memorial working in Peace".

Once the Quarters are Openned, I will then Light a Central Candle on my Portable Altar, then use that Candle's Fire to light the Easterly Lemon Lime Tealight Candle, then the Southerly Tealight Candle, the Westerly Tealight Candle and finally the Northerly Tealight Candle, all the while wishing for Spirits of the Killed Familiars Peace and Harmony in their Future Incarnations.

Then I will take a Stick of Lavendar Incense, and light it with the Central White Candle. Once it is Smoking, I will wave some Incense Smoke at each Quarter Three Times, once again will the Unfortunate Familiars Peace and Harmony in their Future Incarnations.


Then I will make a Incantation that will go something like: "Oh great Goddess, please instill into Mankind the necessary Wisdom to obey Good, Lawfully and Wise Instructions. If only the Possessor of these Unfortunate Familiars had adhered to my Wise Instructions to have the Male Feline Neutered, she would have not had to Move from my Steel and Concrete (and therefore quite Fireproof) Apartment Building into this Woodframe Deathtrap.

Once the Chain of events was set off by her bringing into the apartment a Male Feline and not getting it Neutered, she set off the Chain of Events that has resulted in this Tragedy to happen.

Every Tragedy such as this always results from some Chain of Unfortunate Events, each Circular Link connecting to the other, and finally coming Full Circle to a tragedy such as this. The Sinking of the Titanic being the most Famous example as that was another tragedy that resulted from a disasterous Chain of Events from not having enough Lifeboats to going Too Fast through the Field of Iceburgs.

Mankind must develope a new level of Wisdom to recognise an Unfortunate Chain of Events and with that new level of Wisdom, recognise that Chain of Events before the Tragedy occurs and Break that Chain before the Unfortunate Result Occurs.

If only this past Tenancy Kyakusama had realized her responsibilities to the Male Feline to make it suitable for Apartment Living by getting it Neutered, she would not have had to move to this Woodframe Building in which the Familiar lost its Four Familiar Companions and got itself Terribly Injured.

I Pray that the Spirits of the Passed On Familiars will send a message to you, Oh my Goddess, to instill that necessary amount of Wisdom into Mankind to not only help prevent this sort of thing happening again, but instill in Mankind the necessary amount of Wisdom to Survive the Modern Nucleo/Technological Age we have created for ourselves.

Once the Incantation is completed, I will light a Sparkler for each of the Quarters and place them as the East, South, West and North. It will then be enjoyed by not only myself, but other People passing by during their Halloween Trick or Treating.

Once the Sparklers are Burnt Out, I will then take my Athame and Close the Quarters. I will start with the Northerly Tealight Candle, putting it out with the Athame while thanking the Watchtower of ther North for the necessary Power for my Memorial Ritual of Peace, followed by the Westerly Quarter, then the Southerly Quarter, and finally the Easterly Quarter, wishing for Peace and Wisdom for Humanity the whole time.

After Closing the Quarters, I will take up my Portable Altar back to my Apartment Building. Close the Quarters on my Lobby Altar, and my Outdoor Portable Fireplace, once again making my Incantation for Peace and Wisdom for Mankind.

Then I will sit down in my place's Comfy Chair and throw into my VCR the "Blair Witch Project" to enjoy for the rest of the Evening.

This is a Samhain Ancestor Journey that a coven member, now deceased, and I developed from his family Voudun tradition. My Ancestor Altar is important for me all year. I encourage everyone to set up and use one. The way to set it up is given at the end of the meditation.

ANCESTOR JOURNEY

Set up Ancestor Altar – see at end of meditation.

I. You are walking along in a place of nature. Look about and notice your surroundings. Listen to the sound of birds or other animals. Look about you and notice the crisp air of autumn, and the beautiful colors of the trees. Feel the crunch of old leaves underfoot. You come to a bridge that crosses a stream. Notice the bridge – is it stone? Wood? Old or new? Notice the stream; listen to its sound. As you walk you begin to climb a hill or barrow, and you realize that this is a sacred place of entrance to the underworld. The path spirals around the hill. As you walk, you see a figure coming toward you. This is your Guide who has come to help you on your journey to the Land of the Dead, and to help you to meet the challenges of its Guardians. Sense the love and acceptance coming from your Guide. You feel that you have known one another before. Thank your Guide for coming to you, and now start your journey to the Land of the Dead

II. You step into a circle of standing stones. Four rivers that spiraling inward are before you. They mark the boundaries of the Land of the Dead. Before you may cross them, you must meet the challenges of the Guardians of these rivers. You must pass the Guardians who protect the entrance to the Land of the Dead. Your beloved dead and all your ancestors await you there.

1. Follow your Guide to the first river, in the East, and meet the guardian of the East River, the guardian of Air: A figure stands in the red dawn of sunrise and challenges you with a puzzle:
"WHAT IS YOUR TRUE NATURE?
"WHAT IS THE TRUE NATURE OF YOUR BEING?"

Think of your answer. Be aware: the Guardian of the East pulls away your mind.
The answer: "I AM OF FOUR NATURES; PHYSICAL, ASTRAL, MENTAL, AND SPIRITUAL"

The Guardian further questions you:
"WHAT IS YOUR TRUE NATURE? IS IT FOUR NATURES? WHAT IS THE ANSWER?"
You answer: MY TRUE NATURE IS ONE. THE FOUR NATURES ARE ONE; BODY, MIND, SPIRIT, AND ASTRAL, ARE ONE NATURE.
The Guardian now asks a final question of you:
"HOW IS THE ONE REPRESENTED IN YOUR REALM OF EXISTENCE?" ...the answer: THE ONE IS SPIRIT, THE SOUL OF BEING ITSELF, THE SOUL OF NATURE AND THE NATURE OF BEING ITSELF, WHICH IS THE EARTH AND ALL ON IT.
You suddenly realize that the Guardian has stripped away your rational, thinking mind. You are left with your intuition and visions. You pass on.

2. Your Guide takes you spiraling inward to the Guardian of the North River, the Guardian of Earth. The Guardian of the North challenges you:
"WHO ARE YOU?"
Look inward, and give your answer. This is the challenge of the physical Self. The Guardian of Earth strips away your physical body, your physical world. You become whitened bleached stone; you become part of the Earth. You must give up even this stone body of the Earth. You give your stone body to the Guardian and pass on. You have left your physical reality behind

3. Your Guide leads you ever spiraling inward to the West River, and the Guardian of Water. A shadowed figure stands at the entrance to a cave which is curtained by a waterfall. The Guardian challenges you:

"WHAT DO YOU DESIRE? WHAT ARE YOUR EMOTIONAL ATTACHMENTS?"
As you name them the Guardian strips them away from you - all your desires, ambitions, hopes, loves, ego - all are stripped away. You feel the waterfall flowing from above your head, flowing through you and out from your feet. Your emotional nature, your feeling nature, flushes away with the water.

4. Now you and your Guide approach the South River, where the last Guardian awaits you, the Guardian of the South, of Fire. You feel uncertainty and dread. The Guardian mockingly confronts you and demands:

"WHO IS YOUR GOD? WHO IS YOUR GOD?" The question reverberates through you until you shout it aloud! “I AM!” You are on fire, burning up, all aflame, yet not dying! Only a GOD can do this!!! You have no body, so you can't be on fire! You are aflame yet you have no feelings, no emotions, so you feel no pain! The fire releases your Spiritual nature. The “I AM” is a surrender. You surrender to your Higher Self, your Divine SELF - the ONE! You and your Higher Self are ONE and are a single flame.

The Guardian speaks: "You have passed the tests, and may enter the presence of your First Ancestor, the Father of all, the Dark Lord of Death and Resurrection."

III. The Dark Lord, the Comforter and Consoler, greets you and welcomes you. You are in the garden of the Land of the Dead. It is beautiful and lush, with many varieties of growing green plants and trees and fragrant, blooming flowers, where animals play peacefully. Four large stones mark the far corners of the garden. As you look around, you realize that you stand in the center of a large ancestor altar. You stand in the center of the ancestor altar of the Dark Lord. You stand in the center of Earth Herself, the womb of the Great Mother. You realize that Earth Herself is the ancestor altar of the Dark God.

A fountain of pure, sparkling water bubbles from a cleft in the side of a hill and falls into a pool. The pool overflows into four branches. The fountain is the source of the Four Rivers of the Land of the Dead. The Rivers are the life-giving waters of the living womb of the Great Mother. You stand in the center of the ancestor altar. Earth Herself is the altar. Where YOU stand is the center of the Earth. Wherever YOU are is the center of the Earth.

The Dark God touches you gently on the center of your forehead and whispers a prayer.You feel a click in the center of your head as your third eye opens, and you become ONE with the Earth. You are One with the Great Mother.

Your Guide will lead you now to your beloved dead and your ancestors. Take time to meet with them. Ask for whatever help and guidance you need.
(Quiet meditation/meeting with the Ancestors)

It is time to say farewell. Thank your ancestors and return to the garden. The Dark Lord bids you farewell for now. The words of the Dark Lord are flame. You travel on the fire of His words, spiraling out past the Guardians of the Four Rivers. Only your name is left to you.

As you pass each River, the Guardian whispers your name, and the purified positive aspects of your spiritual nature, your emotional feeling nature, your physical nature, and your thinking nature are restored to you. The negative aspects become mulch in the garden of the Dark Lord. You are reborn and transformed. Thank your Guide and say goodbye.

Now that you know the way to the Land of the Dead you may return whenever you wish, and your Guide will always be waiting to help you. Your personal ancestor altar is the link between you and your beloved ancestors who watch over you and wait for your visits. Remember to honor the ancestors.

THE ANCESTOR ALTAR

The ancestor altar is set up to honor and remember the ancestors, not to worship them. The ancestor altar can become an all-purpose altar and be used for meditations, ceremonies, etc.
Choose the table, mantle, dresser, etc., where you will set up the altar. Pick four stones or crystals for the four corners (the corners of the world). Include a carafe or wine decanter to hold spirit water, which is white rum and spring water that you bless. If you use an altar cloth, it is traditional, but not necessary, to have one that is fringed. Fringe is one way to connect your consciousness with that of the ancestor/s. Candle/s and incense are a nice addition.

There are three classes of ancestors: your blood ancestors, the ancestors of your spiritual lineage or path, and the ancestors of the land where you live. You may choose to honor all three classes. You may include family pictures, or objects that either belonged to family members, or that you decide will represent them. One way to honor the ancestors of the land is to place a pot of earth on the altar. A way to honor the spiritual ancestors is to place an object with a symbol of your spiritual path, e. g., a pentacle for Wiccans, the Awen for druids, etc.

Prepare food and drink that would appeal to the Ancestors in life, and offer them on the altar. They only need to stay a short time. The ancestors take the essence from the food. State your intention that this is a sacred space where you will honor them. You don’t have to include all your ancestors - state that only those who come in love and peace are welcome.

BELTANE MEDITATION

Visualize yourself walking in a special place in nature. This may be a place you already know, or it may be somewhere you create in your mind.As you walk you come to a path that goes through the woods. As you follow it, listen to the birds singing, feel the gentle breeze against your face, see the new leaves budding on the trees, sense the returning life of the woods. Beneath your feet you walk upon a carpet of old leaves and little pine cones. Smell the incense of the pines as you
walk. Become aware of dusk falling, and the stars and moon overhead in the indigo sky.

You come to a clearing in the woods with a circle of stones at the center. Within the circle you see a large cauldron with flames rising from it. The flames of the cauldron beckon and welcome you.

Approach the cauldron. Think of what you want to bring to life at this time. This may be a love relationship; it may be a creative project; it
may be a financial goal. If you wish to focus on an existing relationship, visualize your partner in the circle with you. Take your partner's hand and jump over the fire in the cauldron together. If you don't have a partner, but wish for one, visualize your perfect partner (NOT someone actual!). Jump over the fire with your idealized partner. If you are thinking about something creative or financial, keep that goal in mind as you jump over the flames.

You jump over the fire as an affirmation of life! Fire represents spirit, that which gives life. Jump again, and yet again! Three times in all. As you jump be aware of the joy of life within you! Know that you are bringing what you want into your life by your positive belief in it.

When you are done, sit quietly before the cauldron. As you do, you hear a sigh on the wind that whispers, "The mind has a thousand eyes, and the heart but one." Watch the flames with the eye of the heart. Feel the flame of love within your heart. Send out that love across the whole Earth, to all in need of its healing power. Let that love flow back to you as you sit before the cauldron. Watch as the flames die down. Love is the greatest power for good and for healing in the world. Enjoy the waves of love that you send and receive. Whatever you send out will return to you. When you are ready, ground yourself by touching the earth, and sending any excess energy down into ground.

As you leave the circle, retrace your path through the woods. As you leave the circle know that the blessings of the cauldron go with you. Take its gifts of life and love with you. Blessed Be.

Drum Blessing

This is a ritual to consecrate your new drum, or to even reconsecrate it. I feel that drums are holy items, and are as important to us as ritual knifes, crane bags etc in druidry and paganism.
This ritual is what I have written for my bodhran, and so contains some elements that are only applicable to the history and essense of it. Feel free to change and adapt this ritual for your drums and to connect with its history amd culture.

- Open ritual as usual, making sure you have necesary things ie, something for each element to cleanse and bless it with and maybe something to decorate it with like beads, feathers, ribbons etc. A nice drink also helps to honour the energies, so mead, your favourite beer or wine would be more appropriate I feel rather than water or fruit juice but as always its up to you and your feelings on the ritual. Also, find a place to do this where you wont disturb too many people with some loud noise! -

I open this ritual to make this bodhran, this 'deafener' to not just be a bodhran, but mine. To be a tool and a great extension of myself. May its sound bring to me the songs and cries of the my ancestors who danced with glee to its sounds, or stepped together on the battle field. Its origins are lost to us because the ancestors sat long into the night dazed by its beauty and its voice, or just damn tired after dancing the night away. Noting its origins were not as important as playing it and being part of it. Be it from the fields, or from far away lands - the drum is a universal tool from Great Spirit and with it I can join, weave and connect with the Web of Life, Death and Rebirth.

- Present the drum to the 4 quarters. -

- Turn to the East -
Spirits of East, of Air. I call you to carry the beats of this drum to where they are needed, that it will always resonate with others of the Circle, but may its tender voice be always heard and distinct. May its song clear out the cobwebs of my mind and spirit, and lift my spirit high. Cleanse, empower and consecrate my drum. (Move through some incense smoke)

- Turn to the South -
Spirits of South, of Fire. I call you to make my drum always encourage the Sacred Dance. Let the drum feed the fires and passions of my heart, of what I need to experience with courage and vitality. With each beat of the drum may I feel proud to be alive and feel the warmth of my warrior ancestors stepping into battle. Cleanse, consecreate and empower my drum (Move over a flame)

- Turn to the West -
Spirits of West, of Water. I call you to help my drum always glide into the beat of the music, into the rhythm of my heart and the songs of my ancestors. The slightest of taps to the loudest of bangs, may it always stir my heart and that loving my drums highlights my love of the Earth and equals within the Circle. Cleanse, consecreate and empower my drum. (A few droplets of water on the inside of the drum, or sprinkle a few droplets over it)

- Turn to the North -
Spirits of North, of Earth. I call you so that I will also beat out your rhythms, may I feel the heartbeat of the earth deep within my soul and the pounding of my feet, and that I beat it in truth, bringing the subtle energies of Earth to the fore. Let this drum be a strong, sturdy and faithful companion in all aspects of my path. Cleanse, consecreate and empower my drum. (sprinkle a little salt over it)

I call a toast and offer the Waters of Life ! Here I give thanks to those who gave their life and essense in the making of this drum.
Praise be to the drum-maker, using the best of his skill, care and attention into making this drum. Love, honour and respect to fall over him and his family - for he has selected the greatest skin and wood. (make a small libation to the Earth)
I offer my thanks to the goat that gave its physical life for this drum. May every time I beat upon the skin be an adequate thank you for what you have given and what we will make together. (make another small libation to the Earth)
To the tree who gave its wood to the drum-maker, every time the sound resonates through the frame may it be an adquate thank you. (make a small libation to the Earth)
In using, treating and caring for my drum I honour your energies and thank you for what together you offer me. (Finish the drink)

Sky Father, the greatest Bodhranii of all, I welcome the Dagda into this ritual to cleanse consecrate and empower this drum. This is the drum of my ancestors as they beat the way into battle and beat their way into the Cosmos. With the Cauldron as your faithful drum, and your Club as your sacred tipper to give us your reels and jigs of thunder, bless my drum. Together our hearts beat as one.

Earth Mother, the muse and goddess of inspiration, I welcome Bridgit into this ritual to cleanse, consecrate and empower my drum. Let the fire in my head and my heart pour onto the drum. Let the tipper be your hammer, let the drum be your anvil and together we can forge a future whole and true. Every sound, like the pulsing of our hearts, be pure and so together let our hearts beat as one.

Sacred drum, sound of Earth, Sea and Sky be filled with Divine Love. Be true to me. Join me in our sacred and time old relationship, and offer me your name.

- Enter into a period of drumming, thinking of all the things said above, of the elements, Earth Mother and Sky Father. More importantly listen to what your drum wants to say, what it wants to play from deep within you gut (rather than say your heart). During this time you may want to sing along with it (preferable a tune that needs to come out, a song for the moment rather than a prewritten one), speak an off the cuff poem, chant a few awens etc and work together.
It may offer you its name or what its personality is (male/female, bright, bubbly and fast, or maybe more subtle and booming.) Spend time doing this and let that inner child relish in making noise!
Spend some time playing with the beater and then playing with your hands. Get a really good feel of it and of all the different noises, pitches and rhythms at the time. Raise some energy to work your energies together, as you drum you may feel a braiding of energies. Weave your energies with the drum, the Divine, the elements, the ancestors or anyone and anything else that feels appropriate. -

Together we are now as friendsand companions in this world and the other. We are honour bound through blood, sweat and tears of sadness and joy. Let us learn our lessons together, as we beat out our battle cries, as we weave and tie together the melodies and pace in song, dance and Circle and as we stomp together in our spiritual path between the worlds!

My experience of this ritual was pretty powerful. I did the ritual outside and it felt as if the world around me was blessings the drum as I used the salt/water/incense/candle. The drumming gave me a wonderful feeling of the Web, and of how this drum isnt just an instrument but a tool that is just as sacred as my tarot decks or any other tool. The name part which I thought would be the hardest part was actually the easiest! My drum couldnt wait to give its name and for us to work together 'officially' (as I've been banging on it for a few weeks already).
I only hope others have such a fantastic experience with this ritual as I have I love my drum!

Not sure if this is prose or poetry, so I decided to go with ritual as it can be used as an invocation

We stand as mighty oaks kissed by the Lady Spirit of Nature, just as leaves are kissed by the breeze. Father Sun sending loving shards of light deep within our souls, nourishing our roots. Slowly, patiently we take time to experience the flow of life, like sap in the trunk spreading to every branch and each and every twig. We stand as a bridge to the elements, rooted in the earth, flowing like water, the air our breath and the sunlight our soul. As does the oak, we stand as guardians to nature’s great paradise. We bow in reverence to her great spirit. Shedding our clothes, our worldly lives, our hectic existence, just as the oak sheds its leaves standing tall, but vulnerable. In that vulnerability we find our true strength, our deep roots and the joy of simply being. We drink of her spirit in a divine union as she welcomes us into her magical embrace.

This is a second time entry, but it was entered before the different sections were devised. As words are very sacred, they should be kept to a minimum, so I'll cut to this chase with a daily prayer, but also has the Samhuin/yule feeling to it

O Spirit, mark this day

As we celebrate the Coming of the Light
And bid farewell to the Darkening

As the wheel turns once again
We celebrate the Birth of The Light
The Sun who brings Life Eternal

O Spirit, mark this day
As the wheel turns again
We celebrate the One Sun
The Light that conquers the Dark

O Spirit, mark this day
As the wheel does turn again
We celebrate now this time of Yule
With a feast of this years Harvests Fruits

O Spirit, mark this day
As the wheel shall turn again
And we celebrate the Sun’s Re-birth
Whilst others your Son’s mortal Birth

O Spirit, mark the day
As the wheel will turn
And they shall See the Light
And from the Dark they be released
