I echo the thanks to the Fod Squad for making it all possible.

It's been awhile since I participated so fully in an Eistefodd, and thanks to those who voted for my various bits and pieces, especially the poem that won and the song that came runner-up to Explorer's inspiring winner. I'm glad they both found favour with so many.

Congrats to all, those who won, and those who believed in their own work enough to participate. And Baobab, love the hat, now do you have shoes and a bag to match :-)

And I second that.
We indeed had an exciting race with those songs Zorro. :shake:
My job for our imbolc ritual was to find snowdrops and I must admit that I when I cut off a few that I thought 'there goes Zorro's song whoehahahahAHAHAHAHA'. (nah, just kidding). I hope to compete with you again with Beltane.
:fence:

Thanks everybody, good work.

I am planning the shoes and handbag of lights for the next eisteddfod. :D

Eisteddfod is one of my favourite things about this board. Thanks everybody for keeping it alive with all your efforts organising, entering and voting. I am thrilled to bits to be a winner for the first time, especially in the Pepper Scott Memorial category.

Congratulations everyone!!!!!!!
It was a great race, I enjoyed it very much :D
Far better it is to dare mighty things,
to win glorious triumphs even though checkered by failure,
than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much
because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat.....

Very many congratulations to everyone that took part and to the participants that put a little piece of themselves up for review and critique.

I would of course like to thank Magrathea for providing me with yet another reason for not giving up biting my nails just yet... ;) :D
I think I'll donate my tie to the King's stone.... :tiphat:

Oh my gosh, I won in the Triads category! :cloud9: I am so honoured and surprised as this is the first time I have ever entered an Eisteddfod, and the first time I have attempted my own triad. :yay: Thank you so much to everyone who voted! And congrats to all the other winners and entrants, I found it so hard to vote when I made my selections.
