Three Challenges – A Triad

There are three Challenges we must overcome to walk and live the enlightened path:
The challenge of Selfishness,
The challenge of Doubt,
and the challenge of Dogma.

The unenlightened will always try to institutionalize what they cannot understand, for the sake of their own selfishness and fear. Pray that we may never fall into that dark abyss; for if we do, we are only Contributing to the Problems of this world, instead of the Solutions.

Triad of Light

3 types of light to seek:
The light of the Sun to gain warmth
The light of knowledge to obtain wisdom
And the light of understanding to illuminate the soul

Understanding the world around you, teaches you just as much about the nature of the world, as it does about yourself.

The three most delicious fruits of life

we can spend are whole life seeking knowledge and riches but really what are we with out laughter and love and the simplest yet biggest gift or treasure one could give to themselves is to be true and honest to the core, honesty is a beautiful thing,it is worth mo than knowledge and riches combined.
So for me the three most delicious fruits of life are.

Laughter
Love
Honesty

Three things to remember in a relationship:

Her birthday
Your anniversary
Your first kiss

Remembering your partner's birthday honours them and their family.
Remembering your anniversary honours the oaths you have made and bond that binds your heart and lives
Remembering your first kiss honours the passion that fuses souls beyond breaking

3 beliefs out of step with our global consciousness:

* One God
* One Religion
* Infallibility

When, in the history of the human race, have we become so arrogant as not to accept gods and goddesses common to other tribes of human kind? Intolerance leads to the illusion of one religion; the belief of infallibility inoculates us from the possibilities…

There are 3 facets of social work that create change:

Understanding
Compassion
Assistance

To create positive change we must first understand the situation and what change is required. We must then seek to have compassion creating positive change for others, not selfishly for ourselves. Only after we have done this can be be of true assistance by helping change to come about without taking over.

Three things that bring people together;
darkness of night,
the cold chill of winter,
and the death of someone we love.
If one life is lost in combat of war, then all lives are lost to indifference.

Three effects of a druid study: the feeding of the soul, the training of the mind, the meeting of ancestors.

Just for the fun of entering the competition, I added the one I wrote while working on gwers 8 of the bardic grade. In dutch however, so I translated it. It describes how I feel about the course.

Kind regards,
Sianna
