Fields of Garlic

a giant field of wild garlic (allium ursinum or ramsons) - all the rage here in Springtime for soups, pasta, pesto, delicious.

The title I gave it has a little twist because once I misheard Sting's line in "Fields of Gold" as "walk in fields of garlic" (see, there's even a path through the field) - I couldn't get it out of my head anymore (it's barley, really)

This is taken from a place called 'Montezuma's Castle' in central Arizona, and is the stairs down from the top of the crater to the bottom where the Sinaqua Indians used to live a very long time ago.

This is the approach way leading up to 'Montezuma's Castle' in central Arizona, and those are 500(+) year old White Sycamores planted by the original inhabitants of that area.
