How do I send a Picture in a PM?

Having board problems? If you’ve read the "How-to"s and still can’t figure it out, post questions here and someone who’s been there/done that will try to answer you.

How do I send a Picture in a PM?

I'd like to send a picture in a PM but am not sure how to do it.
Can someone please give me some very simple instructions?

No attachments, including pictures, are allowed via pm. You might want to e-mail the individual in stead.
