Status Query

I joined OBOD in November 1997 & received (from England) the correspondence for the entire first grade over the following months, however due to a continuing financial hickup I was unable to contine the course. The cost for Bardic Grade was AU$322.30.
Question : Am I still considered a "student" by this forum?
I know that I am still on the quest/path, & have revised the written material many times over the (yikes) 10years.
