Are only OBOD members able to use these boards? I'm curious because my husband wanted to say something on here and I wasn't sure if he would be able to or not.

Hi, Aphritha,

Anyone can join the board and read and post in any of the public forums. There are a few forums accessible only to OBOD members, but most of the board is open to all.
