A place to post stories, pictures, experiences and engage in druidic discussion of areas throughout the world that are considered to be sacred places. These may be ancient man-made structures, natural sites of great power and beauty, places of religious devotion, modern secular sites or individual private places that inspire awe and devotion.

One of our current projects is to buy and re-erect Carwynnen Quoit near Camborne in Cornwall. This ruined Neolithic cromlech is the only on in Kerrier district. It fell down in the 19th centutry and was re-erected soon afterwards. It fell again in the 1960s. We have the support of Cornwall Historic Environment Service and wilol be commissioning them to carry out an archaeological assessment of the area including a geophysical survey and they will be excavating the site before we put the quoit back up.
Have a look at http://www.sustrust.co.uk/new_projects.html
We'd appreciate any support anyone wants to give.
