The Walls , Shropshire

Postby Ade Sundog » 04 Jul 2010, 13:30

Hello there

The Walls is a little known place on the Shropshire/Stafforshire border. It is on private land, but there is a footpath to it and a path right around the Earthwork(about 3/4 of a mile) It is not round but more like a flattened square. It is a very peaceful place with a lovely rural vibe. Theres a valley and a stream on one side,, and it is surrrounded by Trees. Probly best visited in Wintertime for a better view, and an O/S map needed to find it. Heres what the Megalithic portal says (Thanx Cat :D )
