dark side of druidry

I am new here but I have been with the LHP (Left Hand Path) for a number of years. The idea of dark is often associated with what is bad or unclean about a person, group, or dogma. This is a product of mostly Christian/Jewish/Islamic Doctrine. Maybe cultures have integrated Darkness as a process, a necessary aspect. The Yedizi have often been labeled as Evil and Dark due to their practice, even some Asatru gods like Odin can be quite dark and methodical. Darkness can be symbolic of all un-manifested aspects of the Self and Magic. Darkness can also be the Chaos from which Order emerges and collapses back into as well. When something is manifest in magic, maybe a blessing that is fleshed out, in our lives can be said to be "pulled from the Darkness." I can dwell in darkness in both a state of potential, as well in the pulp social concept that can be used to spark radical individualism as well as personal empowerment. We all enjoy a little sinister posturing every once in awhile.

I know the mind to be a most powerful thing and it is still very much unknown so that makes it also uncontrolled,, in our past im sure there were Druids that were masters in using the herbs and plants to help or controle the mind and help the one whos mind was being used at the time,, we have no such ppl in place here now ,, the mind however is still just as strong as it was 600 years ago,,there is just an absent of ppl here and now to help hold that mind in check,,I do not believe we can or should dig deeper into any darkness while lacking the proper tools to close and accidental breach,,all the life long learned arts are lost to us in this day,,arts that may well have been commen place 600 years ago,,would you want one enthustic young Druid with an exceptional mind accidentaly twist something out of place without knowing Druid at his side could halt it ,,Our past it gone and much is shadows and hear say things heard from some one that knew someone,,be happy in your being that you are Druid and take comfort in what ever grove you have
