I'd write the OBOD office again (firstname.lastname@example.org
) and ask to which address they were sent. If they went to the old one, explain the situation and see how you can get another packet sent to your correct address.
Just FYI for newer members who may not know how things work around here, we who manage the message board aren't part of the OBOD office team (a bunch of us are in the USA and one is in Germany—I thnk only one of the message board team actually lives in the UK) so we don't have any first hand information on how and when the course packets are sent out, etc. We may know the answer to your questions but more often than not, we won't. So it's always appropriate (and quicker!) for OBOD members with any questions concerning the distribution of the course or to keep your contact information updated, etc., to write the office first. You may not get an immediate response, but you almost certainly will hear something within a week. If not, don't hesitate to write again—things get lost in cyberspace sometimes, and the office staff have lives that sometimes take them away from their desks for a while, just like everyone else does.
