Perfect timing--I'm actually in the process of doing my first quilt now. I've actually been cutting squares for blocks for two days!
I would love to attempt making a square for this project. This may be a silly question, but do we each need to do the front and assemble it with batting, and backing for the individual square or is there a different technique you'd like us to use? And are there preferences for the designs? So far I've only been introduced to traditional Amish and Mennonite designs but I'm always willing to try something new.Holly




lives near Glastonbury and / or goes to the summer and winter gatherings regularly, the quilt could also be hung next to the seedgroup and grove banners decorating Glastonbury Town Hall. So this board would be present, in spirit, at the gatherings as well.
