It's fantastic this is being recognised more and more. I am facilitating a group next week that will run for 10 weeks. It is for people with long term health conditions and mental health carers. This will be my 5th group and we are starting an advanced group as so many people felt the benefits. The group is free so they can learn the techniques. This should be available to everyone regardless of postcode or financial situation. I love it!
