If you want to post sound files, but do not have a website of your own to host it on, then please e-mail your files (MP3 or whatever) to Kernos. He will then reply to you with the HTML code, which you will use to post your entry
** please copy the code exactly as it is given to you into your post **
Also note that Kernos' address is provided only for assistance with posting music files.
