Hallo,
as i mentioned on the cornish forum, here's the melody of the song i translated into cornish. it's only me singing it and the recording is just a bedroom job using audacity and a laptop, but i couldn;t find the tune anywhere on line, so here it is: http://www.soundclick.com/wyldwyverne

Wouldn't load the sound for me. Maid of Morven is one I'd like to hear reinvented and released for modern pagans. Not sure why no one has done so. A lot of other old scottish songs have been given new life by modern artists. I particularly liked the melding of "Green Grow the Rushes O" with "The Girl from Ipanema" by The Cast.

thanks for letting me know. it's also on my blog at http://wyldwyverne.wordpress.com/, but i've just discovered that that isn't playing all the way through for me either. i can only get it to play the first half minute or so. i'll see if i can fix it.
maid of morven sounds interesting. can you give me a link to it? all i can find via google are (1) a steamship, and (2) a very long Ossianic poem
