Hi there,

Yes, keeping focus is a good idea...

Speaking of which, I wonder if you could explain the process of writing/composing your songs. Where do you get your initial inspiration from and then how do you edit all those thoughts and feelings down when you start to work with Cubase? How do you choose what to keep and what to discard?

In the peace of the grove,

Hi there Jason:),

How I write varies, I just go with the flow. I meditate all the time, so keeping my chakras charged & glowing is my main thing really. I focus on my crown chakra being really strong & bright, then just feel the Golden Waterfall of Heaven filling my heart with song:) & feel the earth filling me too. Sometimes I ll write a poem & make it into a song, sometimes I ll write something on the guitar or piano & then write some lyrics t it, sometimes I ll write a groove on Cubase & let the flow of it grow that way. I love to vary how I write, to allow Heaavenly Spirit to flow through me, so random genius can peek through for me. I love sitting with my favourite trees to write of the earth, I love to feel the earths inspiration coming through in what I do, thats very essential for me, as Templetree I love speaking with trees, so feel the energy of the trees speaking through me, in healing song. The trees give me a lot of strength in what I do, theyre crucial to the energy of what I write, they heal me, inspire me, are my greatest friends, have been there for me at my most challenging times & taken away my pain & healed me & given me heart to go on, I love the trees so much:). The most important thing about my writing is that I enjoy the flow of creation, forms of creation vary as the spice of life, so I just love doing my writing & therefore my writing loves to come through me, Im very fortunate:). I love to express elements of nature & with the Celebrated Sacred times of year I find it intriguing as to what I ll write. For example, it was Remembrance sunday & I wrote a song called The Fire Through the Storm, then realised it was Remembrance sunday & then the song made more sense to me. Angels guide me, Heaven loves me through providing me with relief in my music, for me & everyone, so I just go with the flow every time:), enjoyment is the key to good writing am sure, well is to me anyway:).

Lots of love,

Caroline. xxxxx

Big beamy smile atcha James:). Trees make me laugh a lot:) Makes me really smile to think of all my Tree friends:). In fact, I think I should take a trip to Welshpool today, to go & visit some of my Friends in The Castle grounds there:), lovely lovely very Compassionate Old Oaks:). Yes, The Runes say it s a very good idea, in fact The Runes said Laguz to the mission, so is a very very good idea to go:). Ive been healing a lot, having to stay very still to focus, has been very intense for me & am sure it would be good for me to go & be close to them all:). I ve been really working on my chakras (have been being attacked energetically & Im extremely sensitive, feel a lot) & need to feel The Earth filling me with healing light.

Have a lovely day:),

Lots of love,

Caroline. xxxxx
