Dragon Sleeping. ( Drawing)

Most of the art work I show is on Deviant Art, also as a note that my art refers to more then one thing sometimes.
This is what I drew some weeks ago that is in my sketchbook, this is my fire dragon Lyserdonia. (the info about the art is also in the link).

Greetings FoxPhantom,
There is a pleasant comforting feeling about your drawing, a warm and maternal feeling. I'm assuming it's asleep on your bed, which is interesting.I also like the way it curls around the chest. If you were to sum up in a few words or single sentence what the drawing meant to yourself what would you say? if anything?

Yep, he is asleep on my bed (Which I tried to base it that is in my room.), thank you very much Starbird. :D
As for it's meaning, to protect those you care for, even though asleep can still get up and help.
