I wondered if this was the case...I wasn't sure if raccoons were in Europe or not.
Thank you all for the links, information, and...recipe(though I'm going to have to pass on it this time...vegan

)The idea of masks was interesting, especially at the point where its asking about the masks we wear around others. I don't really tend to do this...you either like me, or you don't. Slight differences in wording, but still same personality. Same mannerisms. It links well with what I've read of the raccoon as trickster; perhaps it would benefit me to know when to put on my bandit's mask....

This actually was what the dream I had focused on...not me, but the raccoon's point of view! I was at a family picnic, and a raccoon kept stealing food out of the trash. No big deal, no one paid any mind. After awhile, the raccoon stood on his hind legs on a picnic table and started given a well spoken, emotional speech. He told us how he appreciated all the donations(garbage) and he, too, felt like one of the family. It was funny, but it got me thinking.
On a side note, I had another dream from an animal's perspective awhile back that was completely hilarious...I dreamt of a cat I used to have doing a documentary on toilet water. He spoke well, with an accent, and was going on and on about how he didn't understand why we humans would defile such a pure source of water, one which was constantly available and even refreshed itself! After all, water is necessary to life, and those humans do...WHAT? I had never thought about it from an animal's point of view, but yes, it does seem insane!
