Hi from the Netherlands!
I'm 'Appel', 33 years old, married to my love, mother of one daughter.
I joined this board cause i'm thinking of taking the bardic course. Would love
to learn more about Celts, Old Ways, Nature. To become (more) connected with the
cycle of nature again.
I also consider myself to be a christian, but i do 'hate' dogma's and when people
tell me how to believe or to live. I want to follow my own path and i've read that
there are more christians on this path.

And thank you. I'm getting the feeling that I have finally.... .come home..?
By chance I found "The Book of English Magic" on a shelf in my local library three weeks ago. It blew me away.
I happen to be a very new newbie but I KNOW this is the path for me. Any tips on how to get started would be of help but please remember that Im a complete beginner.

Hello, I'm new to this place and sort of new to Druidry.
I am 28 and work in Wildlife Conservation in Argyll, Scotland. My partner and I keep a small flock of Shetland Sheep, two sheep/sofa dogs and two very ancient guinea pigs. We try to live as sustainably as possible and both love nothing more than to be out in the wild.
I've known for many years that my beliefs are Druid, and I have celebrated Pagan festivals with friends in a very informal but joyful way. I've dabbled with learning more about it but have decided that after a stressful time in my working life, that I need to more actively pursue an insight into my relationship with nature and feed the spiritual and creative side of my soul: far too easily overlooked when working in the scientific world.
I look forward to meeting many folk and learning much from this community.

Hello. My name is Beth and I live in the mountains of central California (US) near Yosemite National Park. Ya, beautiful! Though somewhat new to Druidry (less than two years), I'm no stranger to living with nature. Growing up in the forested mountains of CA, I spent my youth talking to the trees, wind, rocks and birds while hiking and riding horses. I've always been close to the creator through his creation.
This year I joined a local seed group as an OBOD Bard. What a wonderful new family. Full of joy and wonder, I'm eager to learn and live the druid lifestyle. Along with daughter, Katie Rose, I look forward to getting to know our druid brothers and sisters around the world.

I am Sam. I am just 18 years old and I live in a small town in the south of Lancashire, UK (or maybe more commonly known as the outskirts of Greater Manchester). I've had a great interest in Druidry for some years now. I feel a great connection with nature and the celebration of the earths seasonal cycles. I also love the ancient history, the myths and the legends of these isles and western Europe. I also love to visit pre-Christian sites. My favourite being the Rudston Monolith in East Yorkshire.
Druidry to me is something I'd love to learn more about.
It would be great to converse with lots of you in future and discuss
