Welsh Triads- Awen

Postby MistyNightWind » 18 Nov 2010, 10:46

I have researched the form of the Ancient Welsh Triads and although I cannot place what I have read about them into the examples I found...(so any advice on this I would be very interested in). I have written 3 about Awen.

However, I am undecided which line to use in the first one, although it is the second line which just came to me, after spending some time formulating the first.

Any comments would be much apprechiated :)

Awen – Welsh Triads

I lie in women and men/I lie in the hearts of men
I am the breath of the wren
For I am always Awen

Awen, Awen burning bright
In the corners of the night
Makes Bards fires re-alight

I am Awen and you are me
And through the mist you can see
I am you and you are me
