senses

I can see
I can see beyond
the veil is pierced
by my sight.

i can hear
i can hear beyond
the past sings
to my ears.

i can feel
i can feel beyond
the spirits tickle
my flesh

i can smell
i can smell beyond
the aroma wafts
to my nose

i can taste
i can taste beyond
the sensation exquisite
on my tongue

these things i bring
to the here
to the now
in this place
the present
i am here
i am now
as i have been
as i am
as i will be.

i am druid.

Hi Crimson Stormfire,
This is really good. You could make a song out of it.
""Peace will come only when we realize that we live for each other and by each other and not unto ourselves." -- Helen Keller

"Go confidently in the direction of your dreams-- live the life you've imagined." -- Thoreau

"One can never consent to creep when one feels the impulse to soar."-- Helen Keller
