Nature's Voice

Postby foxcollier » 27 Apr 2011, 13:06

Sitting by a sun kissed stream.
A butterfly flaps its wings.
Lost in thought and daydream.
While the songbirds dance and sing.

Fragrant flowers scent the earth.
Ancient trees start to leaf.
The fire dies in the hearth.
Winter is gone with relief.

Everything is fresh and new.
Seedlings start to break the soil.
Lightning bugs drink morning dew.
Farmers prepare for summer's toil.

Children laugh and rejoice.
To the sound of nature's voice.
The way of Awen is self discovery and personal evolution.
Peace and Blessings,

I love lightening bugs...lol Well written. Enjoyed it very much.
The trees reach out as silent witnesses always willing to listen to your troubled heart. Nature offers her ears to anyone who speaks into the omnipotant silence. There are places that wait for you. You are loved....you are wanted....you are cared for. You are not alone.....you are not alone.....you have never been alone.
