Have friends with long pointed noises and shrieking laughs.
Collect skulls, beaks, wings, claws, bones, stones and driftwood.
Get angry (including shouting, ranting, raving and shouting from the belly.
Leap off cliff edges, reach for the sky- plumb the depths.
Speak with the Goddess. Learn with the God.
Seek the tongue that cannot lie. Worship the Earth.
Sing your own song. Dance your own dance. Define your own high.
Banish imposters. Depise cowardice. Be passionate.
Break all the rules exept your own.
Talk your own talk. Walk your own walk, Walk your own talk.
Challenge opression.
Defy bewitches.
See through glamour.
Fantasise as much of possible. Conjure up the beyond you want.
Choose for yourself.
Make love to space.
Disobey as much as possible.
Pick your nose, squeeze your spots, eat your toenails, belch and do smelly farts.
Refuse to be an image. Stay independent.
Mistrust heroes myths and religion.Ask whom they serve.
Be your own authority.
Bask in the art of the awkward question.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Sit still.
Move on.
Let go when necessary.
Hold on tight.
Sleep well at night.
Cultivate a clear conscience.
Recognise predators when you see them and see them off with no mercy.
Know compassion without end.
Be a walking contradiction.
Embrace your whole self.
Be a living paradox.
