Crimson Stormfire wrote:speaking of love letters i discussed this topic with my wife and she told me her most prized precious ink was her firs anniversary gift from me.....i found and compiled every single e-mail, written love letter, silly written i love you, etc etc that we had exchanged for the 1 year we dated and the first year of our marriage. I covered some cardboard in velvet and made two covers between which i bound evrything in order by date and presented my wife a collection of our most treasured love letters poems stories, a timeline of us.

That is so sweet...
In the journal I had when my husband moved in, there is a page written by him. He read it while I was a work, and wrote up a big paragraph(I cannot tell if it was surprise of frustration, writing isn't his best medium) on how he didn't find anything bad written about him...this time. It then goes on to complain about the disgusting house due to our dirty roommates...a negative note, but so funny to me...

Love, love, love this, crimson stormfire. Of course your wife would love this gift, too. It's straight from the heart, and endearingly sweet. It's very encouraging to read that a guy can be so romantic. I bet your marriage will last a long time! :)
