Caer Feddwyd - link to site

Postby Beith » 20 Oct 2008, 23:25

Hello,

Just posting a link to Caer Feddwyd - an interesting site for Brythonic resources (myth tales, links and an excellent online Middle Welsh course by Megli).

http://www.caerfeddwyd.co.uk/

best wishes

Thank you for posting this Beith!
I have been immersed in Caer Feddwyd for the past few days and am finding it very interesting. :)

Thanks for the link, it's a very interesting site.

One problem though. My account (for the forum) is still pending (almost 2 weeks now). Now I'll be the first to admit that I can use a lesson in patience, but I doubt this is normal. Would anyone who has access to the forum be willing to ask them what's wrong?

greetings,

Me too, I'm still waiting for access to the forums, probably 2 weeks now too.

Thanks for posting this, Beith! It'd be great to see what Megli's been up to. It's been a long time!

As far as access to the forum there, I'm waiting to get in, too. However, I'm late to the party and only signed up today.

They are a bit slow - I had to wait for a couple of weeks but was then approved OK.

Actually, as it happens, I was sent a response very soon after posting to this thread. Maybe they only add members once every week or so, and I got lucky with the timing? I haven't had much time to browse through, but there's some interesting information there, not to mention some old friends. :hiya:

the activation thing is just a formality (perks of using a free service).

Although once you're in, you're invited to post a little about yourself, as a courtesy. Sign-ins who don't post are usually deleted after a few months (which again is just a formality, to keep an accurate-ish count of active users).

Hope you find what you're looking for :)
