Help with translation

Could someone who has some experience with Irish please help me to translate the following words into that language. Thank you so much in advance.

Son of the Sea

Fiach is raven

mac mara - son of the sea (Old Irish in mac moro - the son of the sea)

I can't remember if there's analogical lenition (consonant softening) on mara in modern Irish (my grammar's really rusty!) so maybe someone else can refresh on that. In Old Irish it's not present following masculine nouns.

OK, I've been trying to sort this out for a while now with online Dictionaries, and getting completely confuddled! Not difficult, but I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction please? I never thought to ask on the forum until I saw that Fiach MacMara had done so.

I have Wren, being deoilin, but I would also like to find out what Daughter of the mountain is in Irish? I typed it into a search thingy and it came up with about 30 different things and I have no idea if they were what I was after or not! I alos have no idea how to correctly put together the name I have been after of 'Wren, Woman of The Mountain(s) (or Hills).

Hi Wren,

I would suggest something along the lines of "Dreolín bean-sléibhe" - Wren, woman of the mountain.
The word for daughter of is iníon in Modern Irish or ingen in Old Irish (inghean). If you use it as part of a surname it is reduced to ní and the following word is lenited.

eg. Dreolín ní Shléibhe -Wren daughter of the mountain.

Again just to say that for native speakers there may be additional idiomatic ways of saying same thing but hopefully the above is of use.
