The Full Moon

The Full Moon

Postby Cerridwen » 31 Aug 2004, 20:04

All day I feel your energy
Each moment it feels more intense
I think about your cycle
Each waking moment today

As the sky begins to darken
Your disc glows brighter still
Your beauty is amazing
I long to hear your call

I light my candle and watch
The gentle flicker of the flame
I can feel your words come through
I feel your warmth around me

I kneel down my eyes are closed
I speak through my mind to you
Your words come through to me
I feel so safe, so secure

I feel so much this night
The energy so much
I know I am your Child
So gently I feel your touch

Soon you will be waning
Time to send away what I do not want
Then you will be waxing
And once again full and bright

Your cycle is amazing
Maiden Mother Crone
Thankyou for your power
Thankyou for your Love.

Very beautiful. I've never before thought of sending away that which is not wanted with the waning moon. A lovely thought. Thanks for sharing.
