what a beautiful and stunning gift from the goddess! and the fact that it is now set so perfectly makes it a priceless treasure. no value can be placed on such a gift. thank you for sharing.

Carragh is right, this really is beautiful (you have nice hands as well). I'd love to learn silversmithing, but I don't think I'd have the patience for it. Well done!

 considering the hours put into the setting, it is priceless indeed... silversmithing is not difficult per se, but patience does pay off. something I am still learning and this certainly helps.

Beautiful ring :D

That's interesting that you wore the heart 'away' from you. Was it for the photo or would you always wear it that way? I would for some reason want to wear it the other way up

It seems "right" for me, that's all... I did not give it any thought.

It's lovely, Lily, great use of an unusual stone and I know what you mean about the worn fingers and need for patience! What oaken said reminded me of Claddagh rings, I can't remember which each way around was supposed to signify.

Lily, that is beautiful! And I like the width--very elegant.

Wow! Lily, that is incredible! The little stone has a "birthmark" on it, too!
So pretty, and a wonderful way to honor the gift you found near your circle.

Beautiful Lily! Very nice.

I wear a ring with an very small ankh on it and also wear it pointing "out". Just seems right.

great idea to "brush" the silver!

Lily, the stone is wonderful, the setting fits it beautifully, it frames it well and highlights the markings. The band itself is really nice, definately a piece to be proud of.
