I wish I could say that I used paints to make it, but alas, I'm terrible with paints and they're too messy. All my art is digital.

This is beautiful! I love the nightime, it is my favorite time to be out. This one really calls to me. Would it be all right to print it out?

Sure, feel free to print it out if you like. Though as discussed above you'll find a lot of the vibrancy is lost on paper. :-(
