day is - or would have been - my Grams birthday, but she still has flowers - not roses or anything fancy but instead she has snowdrops and early crocus peeking out from even earlier wild primroses with the trees that were planted for herself and other Family members slowly wakening for spring.
Today a candle will be lit for her and others past because they are not forgotten and each birthday is celebrated still.
