My Aunt Jane

Postby Twig » 27 Apr 2010, 07:05

...who was mean as a snake and could verbally eviscerate her own children or anyone else (for any reason) in the blink of an eye. She was pathologically cruel, and yet in her passing (at 86, alone, with nary a friend), what I remember are the times her wicked humor made me laugh. I imagine it must have been a living hell inside of her head.

Wherever you are, Aunt Jane, I hope you are finally at peace.
