Farewell to a lovely woman who faced some of life's hardest troubles with grace and dignity. A comment to the New York Times article entitled "Lessons from Elizabeth Edwards" pretty much says it all: "... It was as if she said OK, they can’t do any more, I’m ready to go. So she said her goodbyes and left. Just like that. What courage."
