For the pup that suffered....for "art"

Postby Lady Nimue » 31 Jan 2008, 04:25

Well....I think most of us have read and wept about the pup that was starved...purposely and cruely.

I would like to forever remember him....as the images and thoughts will not let me ever forget.

Dearest little Soul.....so that you did not suffer and die in vain, I pray that you know how many humans are mourning you, and taking up your cause. I have so much love for you that my heart is overflowing, and I know that you rest blessedly upon the Goddess' bosom.

Thank you for this gesture and the beautiful words. I think we all needed a place to put our sorrow.

Thank you Lady Nimue for this. He haunts me.

I lit a candle for his peaceful passage, and asked my own departed dog companions to look for him and take care of him, so he knows there is love and compassion for him and for his sufferings. He's not alone anymore.

I wish I could stop thinking about this. It haunts me - I'm still in shock that it could happen. What were all those people thinking to allow it? is everyone so heartless that its suffering didn't affect them???

another :candle: and a prayer for the pup and all animals suffering from insensitive humans.

May this little one know peace and love now.

A hug from me too to the lovely pup.
He's now playing somewhere with our friends.
I can visualize him playing with my friends, grandparents, relatives, including my 4 legged ones Devil, Liz, Still and Scarabocchio.
