AWAITING THE SIGNAL

Strangers in a strange land
An ancient, powerful land
Evocative, unassuming;
seemingly un-noticed by the natives.

It seems the very land is waiting
Anticipating a summoning
A spell casting by one
A hazy, dreamy land

There is hidden power here ... in this land
Potential waiting ... ready for the right words
A summoning
A raising of its energies
To a higher vibration.

There are hidden portals here
Doorways to other dimensions
The land itself has a voice
It can barely suppress this truth

And when the quickening comes;
as it most surely will
it seems these portal doors will swing open wide
Permitting entry for other beings.

Visitors from other worlds
To link with those aware
Who journey to this ancient land
Strangers in this strange land
Who look around this place in awe.

This is dedicated to the sacred and magical land which is New Zealand

You have to connect with Unikorn when she returns from Holiday. This poem reminds me of how she speaks of her beloved New Zealand. It makes me long to see that land.
If man could be crossed with the cat it would improve man, but it would deteriorate the cat.--Mark Twain
