Gotta post some new kitty pics soon...

Oh, yeah, and I have one of those husband-thingies, too.

I have two delightful cats, princes of their kind, and one Beta fish who churns his water angrily until I feed him. He's a tough'un.

We have one big adorable dog named Dana ( mixt of labrador and boxer).
And we have an orange adventurer cat named Bijou.
And recently we lost our female cat named Emerald... She's gone someday by the door and never came back...

But Bijou and Dana are healthy and so sweet...

They are member of the family for shure! :D

( And all animals we have adopted since we live in the countryside, is baby's of wandering animals of our district .)

hum... the more I read the more the "husband" option should have been added to the poll. I do have one of those as well as :

2 cats, 6 month olds brothers (Named Horus and Osiris)
2 goldfish (named "fish 1 and 2")
1 goldfish that turned white (named "the white one")
1 fish (you know, those that suck the walls of the aquarium and clean the place?) names "that one".

Come to think of it, the fishes are now 2 years old. How long does a goldfish live?

Note that the fish have been names by my son. :)
The cats (to my husband's dismay) by myself. :o
And the husband, by his mother

I have 4 cats, all females and their names are : Tsuki (she's all black and her name means moon), Nikie (she's gray and orange), Paella (she has mixed colours and looks like a "spanish cat" - thus the name ) and Sacha who's a tortoise siamese.

Conn wrote:It looks like I'm the only one who has an arthropod :) Currently I'm taking care after one Brachypelma Albopilosum - commonly known as curly hair spider. He (or she - too young to determine sex) is after second mould and is beautiful, though really small for now :)

Okay...!! Right now, you are my hero...
Brrr!!!

I typed the name you gave in Google-Images just to get a glance and nearly had a heart attack I must admit. I really admire the fact that you are at ease with what appears to me to be an "enormous monster spider"... :o Now I feel like I have tons crawling on me...!!!

Hi everyone

I have one cat ( but sometimes she makes such a racket that I feel I have more of them ;) )
Three frogs
Three spiders
One tortoise
One snake
And I had one newt... but it disappeared this night  I don't know what happened... I had it for few years and my cat had never attacked it... so I think it must have released itself from aquarium somehow... :-( I really liked it.

Here are some photos:

Blessings for all animal owners :) :prdog:

Calm down Freya, please, :tea: (Conn gives Freya a cup of warm tea, because he couldn't find a cup of hot chocolate emoticon)

He/She's very very small and young - only about four centimeters (or differently...umm...umm....near two inches?) and is very cute :) I thought at first, that my visual fascination of spiders will disappear when I will be having one as my companion, and that fear will come, but I felt love to my curly hair cutie just right after the moment I got him/her :)
Besides - spiders are fascinating beings, if you aren't afraid of talking about it, I can tell you about most intelligent, smart and cunning spider on Earth - Portia Fimbriata :)

And Choille, my dear, I am looking forward to taking from you my promised Brachypelma Vagans when we see each other next time

Relating to your post Fae.. I read in a book about cats a funny little saying that said "Ages ago, cats were worshipped as gods... They have never forgotten." :)

Two cats ... Mungo and Morpheus.

And the beautiful Orla, a Border Collie, who is graciously going to test the Imageshack link for me.

1 Cat, who responds to the names of Tinker(official) Tinky, Pieface, Dipstick, Oi yaliddlshite, nobchops, bumhead and Stinkpot, but usually just Pie. As pictured in my avatar . For some reason she treats me with a certain amount of disdain. :???:
