I would also recommend the Linguru Welsh Dictionary,

This is a user made dictionary where one can add words and make corrections like in a WIKI/EG, I added the word 'awen' and someone else the pleural, 'awenau' and the citation

FEL GWYDR     like glass
O FFWRNAIS AWEN     from the furnace of inspiration

The client application is a JAVA application so is cross platform.
