Druidcast - A Druid Podcast

Postby damhbard » 01 Jun 2007, 14:26

Hi peeps,

Well, I've done it. You can listen to the first edition of Druidcast here:

http://www.druidcast.libsyn.com/

As it's the first one it's an introduction to Druidry and the OBOD and some stuff on the seasonal ceremonies etc, but the second one will be more like a regular radio broadcast. If you want your song, story or poem featured, do email me them to me at podcast@druidry.org - it'd great to make it a vibrant exciting show :)

Hope you like it!

Peace
Damh

Damh the Bard - is there nothing he can't do?

You're a natural radio presenter, Damh, great voice, very cozy (I mean that in a positive way :) ).

Yeah, I expect I'll send some work in.... :)

Will you provide the link in Touchstone, if you haven't already? (Sigh! I can't locate my latest copy to look. :-(  )

Also, don't forget that there are many fine examples of poetry and music that you may be able to use from the Board Eisteddfods.(Ok a shameless plug as we begin to gear up for the next one.)

Fantastic! I really enjoyed it and what a wonderful introduction to anyone new to Druidry.

The history bit was particularly interesting.

I had a good listen on the long drive up to Glastonbury for the Summer Gathering. The content was as good as I expected, and the sound quality was better than I've grown accustomed to - it put to shame the BBC podcasts I listened to.

Just got done listening to this and found it to be quite enjoyable! I'm not usually a big fan of podcasts but I've subscribed through iTunes and am eagerly awaiting the next episode.

Much thanks for your efforts.

:yay:
Just downloaded the new September 07 Druidcast, excellent! And with some beautiful music as well.
This is my first, and because its DruidCon I thought it would be interesting, but this is brill!!

And its going to give me a taste of some of the talks I missed being behind a stall and part of the support team for the conference.

I shall now be downloading all the ones I have missed :x

Excellent Job and thank you,
Bright Blessings,
Siusaidh
