I don't seem to have an 'upload attachment' facility under the message box when I do Private Messaging. Is there a reason for this?

I don't seem to have an 'upload attachment' facility under the message box when I do Private Messaging. Is there a reason for this?

Attachments are not allowed in PMs.
If you need to send pictures or other media to others, please do it by email outside of the message board.
