It was suggested that the suggestions forum be relocated to the new section called "Help Desk" since that is now the location for all of the Q&A and descriptions on how to use this message board. So, voila! Here it is!
I will leave this announce for a short time so that everyone doesn't have to go hunting for the forum at the bottom of the screen anymore.
