I wasn't objecting to the eating, just the mouthful while talking.

That is a lot of babies! Valentine's Day must have inspired a lot of romance this year.

MamaB and Mey's hubby, late happy birthday wishes!

That's great, Ainevar! Finding balance and knowing who you are and what you believe are critical to a person's druid path. :)

I'm glad you had a good Christmas man. I was worried about you.

Well, I've heard differing opinions on the Mayan calendar, which I think can best be summed up in a great Harry Nilson song ("Joy"):

"goodbadgoodbadgodbadgoodbadgoodbad...."

He was describing his girlfriend, Joy, but the refrain seems to work for whatever's coming!

Hey, Ainevar!

I don't think stupidity ever goes out of style. I can only hope there will be less of a demand for it....

Seeing as how everyone seems to have a differing definition of stupidity I think you are pretty safe there Ghost.

Personally I would settle for tolerance coming into style. :shake:

W00T! W00T!! W00T!!!

Hey, did we ever have a party? 'Cos I've got some Jameson's in the cabinet and a pot of really excellent dark-roast coffee on the perk, also a Hershey's Single-Origin Tasting Tray (sort of like an upscale Cadbury's Milk Tray) that I'm willing to share.

(Also I have a two-year-old wandering around with an open brolly which he refuses to surrender, but that's another matter entirely...)

Happy Happy New Year, my Rowdies!!! May it be the W00Tiest of them all!!!

2008 W00000000000000000000000000T

My very first one this year :yay:

I am glad everybody had a great holiday, and am even more happy to see that Ainevar has not gone lost

Christmas in the frozen wastelands (as my English friend so lovingly described Scotland) was very peaceful and quiet. I had a friend up here who has recently joined OBOD, and we did a lot of walks around the countryside. Luckily, we had good weather... New Years Eve was a big letdown, obviously Scotland does not do celebrations: No fireworks, no parties, and when we ventured out at midnight all that was missing was the tumbleweeds to make it a ghost town. Probably froze in the cold....

Therefore, it is good to be back with the crazy rowdies, even if I do not understand what they are saying :-)

What about Hogmanay? I thought there were massive street parties that lasted for days.
