I dunno much 'bout these new-fangled finger compooters but I got a ol' RCA radieo and a coat-hang wire an' it ROCKS!



We found a spot near our fav'rit fishin' hole and set up a hi'rise an thought it might be a good place for satt'lite TV
Ever take a nice mud bath??


Jus' need a spot fer m' new wide screen now.

I got real fun workin' on m' last project and finished my new bike!

Tell the little fellow to ride his bike down the old dirt road, and up past the next hill, He will see the glowing light of the Foggy Duck past the wide branches of the Maple tree Where he will see the old sign "Ye Foggy Duck"

Well, I'm lost.

I get a case of sniffles, can't shake it, and have to break from the 'puter for a few days. I come back and find the Rowdies Continued thread gone-- I tracked it to the Attic-- and you're already THREE pages into a new one. Ghostie is Brainy and blue, there's talk that the Foggy Duck is closed, and my Circle of the Four Dragons logo won't post anymore in my signature line. Someone, please, enlighten me? Pleeeeeease? If I w00t very nicely?

Ye Foggy Duck [which incidentally won first prize for the World's Rudest Pub Name competition three years in a row until it was pipped to the post by THIS ONE) looks so clean and neat and new. I am surprised. I always thought it'd be a hovel.

Chuck me some of those tomatoes.

Gladys tried to renew the lease on the old 'Duck but the land owner's sold out to the Orange Tan Clan who had long tried to kick poor Gladys and Gorn out. Fortunately for Gladys, Gorn had been saving the tips in a jar in one of the basement caverns, which Cinder fiercely guarded. One day Gorn wandered across the mountains looking for crunchy critters to use in his Knoblin's Glob (A favorite drink known to all at the pub), and ran across an old wizard who needed to sell a parcel of land in order to continue his organic pepper farm.
The old Ogre and the old wizard sat and drank the wizard's moonshine all night, and by morning they had struck a deal!
Gladys picked the old Foggy Duck sign from the front of the decrepit building and a few favorite mugs (often thrown at Merlyn for using magic in her bar) and off they went, Gorn with a bag of nails left from burning the old building to the ground. All that was left for the Orange Tan Clan was the smoldering remains and the magic well, once known to bring love to anyone who bathed or drank from it. Merlyn knew the secret of the well, and had taken the magic stone from it, put it carefully in his crane bag one night during the new moon.....
The Raven circled, the winds howled, and the old Foggy Duck was no more, but deep in the heart of two old Ogres was the tradition of hospitality known far and wide, and a book of secret recipes known only to them, which traveled in their rustic burlap sacks as they trod to a new mountain side, through the snow...

Merriment and laughter was something Merlyn always knew must be a part of a Druid's life in order to remain forever young, and was the incantation given the secret stone. In the light of the full moon he carefully hid the stone in the creek which runs along the hill where the new foggy duck is now built. The creek is an old Native of the land, "Catoctin" and often one can hear the legends of the land spoken in the ripples of the waters.

And as the sun rose that morning, Merlyn trod quietly away, knowing Gorn and Gladys would be safe there, far from the dangers of the valley they lived in once before...

The tales of the old Druids came to life in the new land, and still to this day can be found, as the secret stone remembered them all.....


And yes, Gladys says the RoWdY Bunch Seed GRoup is always welcome!
