They have a program for maintaining your weight too. Same program, more points (if that's the route you took) basically.
Serenarian, Turtle: Congrats on reaching your goals!
Coren: Way to go! That's an awesome amount of weight reduction so early!
I'm on the WW board (UK) under Ferada if anyone finds me. I think they are different boards in the UK, LadyCelt - not sure there is a spiritual board on this one.
I used to do yoga but I have lost my living room floor space as I have a 7 month old baby crawling around on it now. I'm still breastfeeding, which is helping with my weight loss though, so that's good, but my BMI is still 30. I have a short term goal of getting rid of 20 lbs so I can be in a medically healthy zone but my ultimate goal is to reduce my weight by 40 lbs.
I am totally in agreement with Lady Nimue on the wording of weight loss versus weight reduction..... I do not wish to have any weight lost, then found again, so I shall endeavor to simply reduce my weight in the future, not lose it. It is true, though, isn't it... if you "lose" something, that implies you might want it back at some point, and I don't. Good point, Lady Nimue.
