Hi Twig, my dearest.

How are you this evening? The book you sent is just brilliant, though getting soggier by the day as I always read it in the bath. It's about the only place I get enough peace to read, and even in the bath it is not guaranteed.

A hot bath and a good book --- AHHHH! Wash those troubles down the drain! Unless the book is a hardback, that is. I tend to drop those into the water, which results in various words I shall not type here!

I'm doing pretty good this evening, thanks for asking. I'm thinking I'll have to go around to the other side of the bar to grab a brew. Care`to join me?

I'll definitely join you. The kettle is on. That'll be just lovely before bed. It's close to 1am here, but US big brother has got me sucked in.

By the way, this is fish, chips and peas. No, they are not garden peas, but mushy, processed peas. If you've never had them, you've never lived.

Seasoned with peas!

Then you cover the whole dish with loads of salt and malt vinegar. Heaven.

Pangur-ban walks up to Twig and drops a rodent at her feet his work done for the night. He looks at her longingly and waits for his bowl of cream. Purrrrrrrrrrrr
