How are you all this fine Monday morning? It is a lovely cold and sunny day here. Just went for a big walk and I'm feeling very healthful and energetic.

I am a bit depressed: Whoever said it is spring is not in Scotland. I woke up yesterday to the best snowstorm this winter. My little daffodils kept their heads up, luckily, but I got severely told off by my cat who did not appreciate the snow on her fur after the last days were nice and warm. She is now off sulking in my bed - how I wish I could join her

Beards? Facial Hair in general?

Are they/it a good thing?

Burners,boards,the now unfashionable 'tache,whiskers,the over-preened goatee,
the Gandalf-in-a-carwash,the bifta-big-enough-to-hide-a-badger-in Grizzly Adams,the Jimmy Hill, the Abe Lincoln.

Are Beards a good thing for the Druid about town?

Well, facial hair isn't really a big issue for us ladies -- unless we're past menopause!

OK. Personally, I like a nice, closely-trimmed, well-kept beard. Moustaches alone seem unbalanced. The current soul-patch craze annoys me no end. I mean, why bother? Check out the classy facial hair zorro is sporting on the "Will You Post a Picture" thread. Nice!!

Hi WSD.

I love face fuzz of any description, from the Craig David to the Ayatollah Khomeini, but I do defo prefer the "let it grow and see what comes out approach." A full do with the Noddy Holder sideburns, the Magnum P.I. muzzy and the Jesus beard does it for me every time.

And it is so good to kiss.

Yeah, I have to say I love hairy men. Beard sounds nice, most guys benefit from them - if they are well kept, that is. I like Zorro's, even is he also looks good without one. My eex-husband used to have a beard, and he shaved it off once - now there was someone who looked a lot better with a beard

How are things for you, Frenn me old chum?

It has been a little bit of a rollercoaster ride for the past week and a half or so. Casualties (very few due to hostile fire), a breakout of staph, and way too many people coming to me with various problems connected to sexual relations have kept me on my toes. On the plus side, I did finally find a pagan group out here, but that has got its problems in and of itself.

All in all though, nothing to really complain about. Still keeping things lighthearted out in the sandbox.

Yes, I really like them. They do capture the mood so well, and they are short and succinct - and look easier to write than they actually are. I think Lily also likes Haikus - she has at least one for her signature....

The reason I asked the question is because i never know whether to have one or not . I normally grow mine for a month then shave it off when it gets too alarming . A couple of weeks ago i was in the ville and a young girl pointed at me and said "Mom , is that Jesus"!!! I kid you not.

So i dunno what toodoo . (smokes imaginary Sherlock Holmes pipe)
