Seems to me the serious R0wdies have gone elsewhere anyway, we should have had 500 long ago....

Good News: It seems I am finally having a house, and if everything goes well, I can have it by Mid-November. Needs refurbishment, though, so hopefully I can move in just before Alban Arthan and spend the holidays in my own home It will be so nice, after years of wandering, to have a place I can call home
